Burger King — Restaurant in Douglas

This Staff do not know how to handle situations. I made a Mobile Order. I believe I selected a Large Coke but was given a Coffee. I first asked the cashier to replace it with a Coke because I do not drink Coffee and she said that she could not do that. I then asked to speak with a Manager and she wasn't willing to offer me to swap it out and pay extra or anything. I think we could have come to an agreement if I was offered a different choice. Coffee is $1.50 and a coke is $2.00. I do believe if she would have offered I would have left a happy Customer. It seems that the Customer didn't matter to her. Store #13229. Just left BK North in Douglas, was waiting on my order when all I could hear was the Manager screaming & yelling profanity at the employees stating " ya'll walking around like ya'll ain't heard a word I said, close that window.." referring to the drive- thru window..while I patiently am waiting on my order. This place is usually my go to place, and service is normally ok or good, But today,, No ma’am. The customer service was not good at all today while I was placing my order.
