Very poor quality of food and customer service and management. Highly recommend skipping this particular store and going to a locally owned pizza joint or hungry Howie's down the street.
If you want to hear about the poor service we experienced today down below. However note that this is not the first time we have experienced long wait times and poorly made food.
I placed an order online and went to pick up the order at the pick up time. I waited 20 minutes at the store, recieved an email saying it was done, however my order name was not on the portal screen and my portal code said invalid. Waited inline to speak with to someone. Finally the shift manager found my order, I asked for the sauce that was charged on my order ticket. The lady gave me 1 out of 3 three sauces/dip and walked away. I wouldn't really care but I paid for them and I had to wait forever and she was kind of rude. At this point it had I waited close to 40 minutes from the pickup time for my order. The pizzas were cold and the breadsticks were undercooked. The manager nor staff did not apologize for the wait, to anyone and the manager did not want to hear any complaints from customers about the food/wait. She ignored the customers. One boy in the front was loudly complaining he should not have come to work today, he also did not know how to operate the register very well. It seemed like he was very new, maybe even his first job and should not have been left alone up front on a busy shift. Everyone that came in, while I was waiting for my order,for the online portal orders had issues with it; mine was not the only order. With better management most of the order problems of mine and other customers in the store at that time could have been prevented. I am a patient person and I can wait for something, but I really didn't want to wait for cold pizza and undercooked breadsticks. The manager left before anyone could ask...
Read moreI noticed the line was long and there weren’t any pizzas ready so I decided to order online and have it dispensed at the automatic kiosk. I sat and waiting for two pizzas for near an hour. When my order finally displayed that it was done I walked in to claim it. The online application then displayed that I would have to get it from the counter, even though my soul reason for online ordering was to avoid that. I proceeded to the counter and was told that my order wasn’t ready and to my dissatisfaction I would have to wait. The online application now shows I have picked up my order and left. To top it off I had to wait another 15 minutes standing inside because the kiosk was no longer an option. For reference, my estimated time of completion for the order wasn’t 6:30pm, I am now leaving at 7:15pm. My only reason for leaving the review is due to misinformation. If random times and untrustworthy instruction are going to provided, my advice to consumers is to arrive 30 minutes late and hope the order hasn’t gotten cold on...

I sit out here in my car and watch you horrible people walk in the door with a bad attitude and then blame the employees and managers because on a busy day you have to wait. The world does not evolve around you! Try this; Go to Walmart, get a ready for oven pizza and read the oven direction. It takes 15 to 18 minutes to cook. Now imagine mixing stuff to make the dough, pressing the dough, adding sauce, cheese, and whatever meats. Took much longer huh!?! Now do that in a tiny area with an industrial oven (gets very hot) for 100 or more people in a rush. Yea, don't want to huh? Put yourself in their shoes and stop acting like your a king or a queen. People like you make good people look bad If you don't like to wait your turn then politely turn and leave! Stop going at the busiest times of the day, you know it will be a wait.
