I decided to go here today to have a meal with my family. We got our table and sat down, i went to make my plate and when I came back one of the employees was sitting in my seat talking to my family. At one point he patted my nephew on the head and was told to stop. He even said some threatening and harassing things. At the time I decided to handle the situation calmly so we finished our meal and reported him to the manager. He asked if we knew the man and I said no, that shouldn’t matter because his behavior is unprofessional either way. After I spoke to the manager I over-heard some of the employees saying “if it was a problem then I should have done something right then”. I guess I was supposed to get loud and flip over some of the tables and chairs. We left, but will never eat at this establishment again. DO NOT EAT HERE! I plan to file a complaint. Update: I communicated with corporate and nothing has been done. Be warned this restaurant is unsafe especially for women and children. These people will not take anything seriously until an employee hurts...
Read moreOur first time here and was not a bad experience/ The first thing we noted was after paying no one tells you what to do. Most places you wait to have someone seat you but after standing there a few minutes we finally figured out we just go pick a table and get going. Next thing we figured out was we were suppose to grab our silverware from the front by the cashiers so we had to go back to get all that. Just a suggestion...a little instruction for the first time visitor would be helpful.
Now the there was a fairly good variety of food, most of which was not bad at all. We enjoyed ourselves overall and the food was worth the price. The employees seemed to do a pretty good job keeping drinks filled and food put out but overall friendliness ( enjoying their job maybe ) seemed a bit lacking. Overall though they did do their jobs well so no real complaints there.
Overall a pleasant experience with good food and a pretty clean environment so will be happy to...
Read moreMy husband went in spoke to restaurant manager ask if it was ok for me to bring my service dog in being I have a severe health issue which requires me to have a service dog with me at all times. According to the manager it was ok. I gave the respect of waiting outside in my vehicle being a food establishment. When entered the restaurant the manager still had to contact owner ask if was ok. Than I was asked to sit away from the other customers which was nearly impossible to do. I left my dog with my husband as it's a buffet. While putting food on my plate I was told by the manager a customers said to him. Could I please wash my hands. I had cleaned my hands with hand sanitizer prior to goin up to the buffet. I made to feel like a second class citizen, and walked out sitting in my vehicle waiting while 4 of my family members ate their food. I will definitely not frequent this restaurant again! It would be wise if people with service animals...
