Golden Dragon — Restaurant in Douglass Township

I just called a few minutes ago to place an order for myself and three other people and wanted to order the dinner combos. The girl who answered (I'm assuming it's the daughter of the parents that work there because she's the only rude one that works there that I've come across) didn't know what a sweet and sour chicken dinner combo was. I said it three times to her and then I politely asked if this was the golden dragon by the Giant in Gilbertsville and she let out a big sigh and was like yea in an annoyed tone. Ill gladly take my business else where. The food is good and everyone that works there are great EXCEPT this girl. Has an attitude and is always snippy with the customers. Used to really like coming here. Lately they have had poor customer service. Place an order tonight to feed guests and I had ordered a large sweet and sour chicken AND a combo sweet and sour chicken. I specifically said to the young guy who took the order, you got a large sweet and sour chicken AND a sweet and sour chicken combo right?!? He seemed annoyed that I asked and said yes I did. Lord and behold I come home only to find out that I didn't get the large sweet and sour chicken. I called about the issue and they kept saying saying well you weren't charged. I'm not one to say negative things about a business, that being said I ordered take out because my car is in the shop. This place is less than a mile from my place. Down 100 so I couldn't walk there. It took 40 minutes for my order to get here. I'm not mad about that it's new years day I'm sure there were a lot of orders what I am pissed about is despite the long wait all I ordered was a small vegetable lo mein and large pork fried rice. And what I got was a small lo mein and a large lo mein. I called back to try and correct the mistake but the number kept ringing there was no answering machine.
