Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Douglass Township

On a recent visit to our neighborhood Tractor Supply in Boyertown Pennsylvania we were very happy with our shopping experience, in particular one of the Associates on the floor, a young woman named Maddie. I observed her being very helpful and friendly with the other shoppers. She approached me and asked if I needed assistance with anything, she directed me to product that I was looking for, help me look at that product and when I was ready to check out she approached me again and was able to check me out with her hand held device using a credit card, it was so convenient.. when she was finished my transaction she went to the very next aisle and I overheard her speaking to another customer when they ask for her assistance on choosing a pet item . Again she gave a friendly Helping Hand. The manager was also on duty and he assisted my significant other on his purchases. Two thumbs up to the manager AJ AND Staff. It's such a busy store and they try to help everyone but sometimes there are just too many people in the store at once to be able to see to everyone at once. I've been in many times and seen them making time for everyone. It's also nice to come in and see pets with owners and pets seeking new homes.Been coming here for feed and farming needs for years. My review is based completely on the care of the chicks. I was beyond disappointed going in to see how sickly the chicks were at this TSC in boyertown. 80% of them had a severe case of pasty butt to the point where it stuck out about an inch from their behind! It made me sick to my stomach and I really hope this review will change that! I got my chicks from TSC in Pottstown and they are great, nice, and take good care of the chicks they have.
