This review should have been awhile ago but seeing this place everyday just irks me now. NEVER buy their brand brake pads. They will ruin your rotors on your car. About 6 months ago, I purchased 2 sets of their "Gold Standard" brake pads which are supposed to be the best they have of their own brand. I bought 2 sets for 2 of my cars both Honda Accords with many years in between them. I've been replacing my own brake pads and doing oil changes for my whole life so this was like riding a bike. Both sets fit fine, but after the first few days of driving on these "Gold" version brake pads I start feeling like there's vibrations in the brakes ON BOTH CARS! I then checked both cars because I'm thinking maybe I forgot a spacer? or the rotors are dirty? but doubtful on both cars. As I thought, nothing was missing or dirty. Come to find out that the front rotors on both cars have become WARPED! Are you kidding me??! Where there no rotor issues before, after installing their supposedly premium grade brake pads and a few days later I ended up having to take both cars to a brake specialist mechanic to replace both front rotors on both cars amounting to around $400 for each car. So thanks for that Advance Auto. Never again. Buy a more reputable brand not theirs is my advice. In fact Advance Auto, I believe you owe me money for the rotors...

TLDR; You are playing russian roulett with the quality of these parts. 30% of everything i got here was trash, counterfit TEMU level crap, Employees are confrontational, nasty, and incomplete.

3 different employees who are rude, nasty, and confrontational. The cashiers talk down to me, and are condescending (I'm a professional mechanic) but will arrogantly correct me if they disagree with anything I say. Atleast I am confident, I have recently had this topic come up with complete strangers who said that they were treated worse. They are arrogant, but are clearly less knowledgeable than even DIY'ers. If you absolutely have to go here be ready for an argument or go in with thick skin. My female neighbor said she felt humiliated after dealing with these wannabe mechanics. Go to NAPA, they are nice to me, humble, and much more...

The staff has the ability to be friendly and provide great customer service. But sadly it doesn't. My alternator went and my garage was 2 miles down the street so I had to get my battery charged here so it had enough juice to make it there. I don't know anything about cars not have tools, and my car was sitting dead in the parking lot and they would not come out to help me take it out. If I bought something they would have gladly done it. But instead, someone else that heard me in the store came out and said they had tools in their truck and would help me. Calling them d*s for not helping me...
