Boyertown Shopping Center — Local services in Douglass Township

Went to weidner for garlic jerky and extra smoked custom cut bacon. Only marker I know that has the best. Folks there are great. Watch out, the door sticks after rainy day. Lol. Sorry to ad update re: their jerky.. Recently I'd purchased my usual 1# of garlic jerky and started to notice the jerky recipe had changed and isnt the same. Last 2 times it's been dry like a sun soaked old towel and has a sore taste. Was told " they're using a different vineager" Sorry to say my years of buying jerky there are over. Always looked forward to my saturday trips when they were at ZERNS and now Reading St. Searching...

Used to work here and after learning what goes on, would not recommend unless you want to get sick. I worked nights and when I came in, could not sell the ice coffee or iced tea to anyone seeing mold. Was out on vacation and no one cleaned the coolata machine. Donuts you got at night were left there ALL day. Threw out old donuts between midnight to 3am and put the donuts they made between 8pm-10pm up. All donuts are already made, defrost and fill/decorate and serve same with munchkins. Bagels and muffins came in already set, just pop in oven and done. Its over priced for heat...

Lots of ice on the parking lot coming in off of Philadelphia Ave at the first entrance below TSC. The ice even had pot holes in it. Not very safe. Besides that, this shopping center has a few good places. I do wish it was easier to get out of this shopping centers parking lots, but not much that can be done about that. Just be patient when trying to leave the parking lots either into Philadelphia Ave or the side street. There's a lot of cars depending when you visit and it could take a while to get...
