DO NOT ORDER FROM THE DOUGLASVILLE LOCATION. Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. Where to begin. I ordered my pizza online, and left specific instructions not to ring my door bell or knock on my door. I added extra mushrooms and had to call and make sure they actually added them because the last time I paid the additional cost they did not even add them. I saw the pizza guy pull up in my drive way and I walked to the door to answer. As I opened the door he rang my bell. Did not even wait just 1 sec for it to open. He then explained my specific instructions did not somehow get submitted so whatever. As he handed me my pizza he proceed to talk to me like I was a 5 year old saying "I'm sorry about that buddy", when I'm a 27 year old woman. Very condescending. He then left and I called the location to complain about the situation. A girl answers the phone and as I am explaining she randomly puts me on hold with no warning. Then comes back giggling and restating what I told her. She was making a joke of the situation and you could hear the laughter in the background. Disrespectful. I then asked to speak with the manager and was placed on hold again. Some guy gets on the phone and I tell him I prefer at this point to speak to the GM he tells me he cannot let me speak to a GM so I ask for corporate number. I then am directed to the dominos website where I have to send in a complaint. I am emailed back by them saying the store I ordered from is locally owned and they will make sure the owner gets my complaint. I am called the next day by some manager. He proceeds to tell me the delivery guy calls everyone "buddy" and I proceed to tell him it wasn't the word buddy that was offensive it was the condescending manner he was speaking in. He then tells me how the guy is one of the nicest guys in the world. Still not addressing the actual issue. I tell him about how I called and the girl who answered made my complaint a joke. He then tells me he listened to the recording and he did not hear laughing. I told him to play it and I'll show him where it is. He says he cannot play it because its some confidential record... Okay but I'm on the recording, its my conversation. It was obvious he was trying to lie and did not want me to prove it did happen. He continuously tried to tell me I did not know what I was talking about and had nothing to credit his information. I was so upset I told him I would write this review on here and all other forms of my social media of my experience and the fact that he did nothing to hold his employees accountable for their unprofessionalism. The manager is just as unprofessional as the employees. When I expressed that I was going to broadcast my experience he proceeded to say "don't forget to write how you cussed at a teenager" implying the girl on the phone who definitely acted like one. I told him I would be happy to add my frustration with that employee and add that I had the phone on speaker put it down and expressed some cuss words. What doesn't make sense about his statement is how do I know this girls age? He tried to be smart by stating I "cussed at a high school girl" but he's the only one who knew her age. That whole statement is irrelevant and holds no truth if I never knew her age. This guy clearly tried hard to make his argument but he clearly never had one. I told him the customer is not always right but in cases where they are you should hold yourself accountable. I told him thats all I even wanted. He offered me more food but I was not looking for free anything. I was only looking to express a valid complaint and get a respectable outcome. Instead, I was met with an argument and I was basically told everything that happened was a lie. To be clear, I never called the girl names. I cussed out of anger and frustration but never did I say "you're a anything" I did not direct any cussing towards her but I did towards the situation. I patronized this location on 10/23/23. The young lady you see in the photo waited on me. I ordered the Cheesy bread. I gave her a tip.
I arrived at my job and attempted to eat my food. The cheesy bread had no peperoni. I called the store on 10/24. A FEMALE manager or supervisor told me she would put my name in the computer under my phone number and could get my food replaced. I asked her may I simply get a pizza next time and add the difference. she stated YES! I was happy.
I went to the store on 10/26/23 at or about 730 or 745 pm. I approached the register and was immediately met with RUDE JUVENILE like conduct by a young lady with braids who was making pizza. She told me in a very nasty way I ordered no food on the 23rd.
Then, Tommy, the manager approached the register. He looked my phone number up and saw that I ordered on the 23rd. He responded in the most NASTY and unprofessional way what do you need? What are we doing here? I told him the young lady who just entered the store and walked past him with the braids can confirm I was in the store on 10/23 because I tipped her that night. She looked at me as to say so what you tipped me SO WHAT? And simply walked away.
Tommy, asked me what I needed. I told him I was replacing my order and I wanted a pizza instead. Tommy, rudely and argumentatively stated to me no you have to ORDER the same thing. I was floored. I requested to speak with his manager. Tommy REFUSED to give me her phone contact.
I sat down and waited for my food. Meanwhile I witnessed unprofessional employees cursing and dancing in the store.
My food came out of the oven. Tommy boxed my food up. I stood up to retrieve my food and suddenly Tommy WALKS TO THE BACK OF THE STORE WITH MY FOOD AND COMES BACK THREE OR FOUR MINUTES LATER. WOW!
He hands me his name and his bosses name on paper with no PHONE contact.
I have a question. Why did you take my FOOD to the back of the store? Do you think this was smart? Do you think this was policy? Moreover, di you think this is a HEALTH violation? I did not EAT this food. I arrived home opened the box and found paper or some type of object in my food.

   Read moreThis Domino's used to be good but NOT ANYMORE!!! I just placed a order today at 5:45pm, it is currently 6:57pm almost nearing 7pm & I still have not received my order. I am currently waiting for them to respond to their phone lines & I am getting no response. Waiting over an hour to 2 hours for food that is sitting cold on the rack. I am trying to reach them to cancel and I am getting no response from them. Luckily I did not pay with my card. A couple of times before I have experienced this.... Food comes cold and not hot hot. I am still on the phone right now as I am writing this.... No pickup whatsoever. I used to not have any problems with this Domino's, they used to deliver under 20 mins. They also don't have great cooks because the sandwich I normally order is always burnt & the pastas don't have enough sauce in them charging .50 extra for sauce. Smdh....
