Literally the worst Customer Service experience ever do not spend your hard earned money at this establishment. The owner doesn’t care. He’s not accommodating at all when they placed my order wrong and then they made the food anyways when I got it, it was wrong and I asked for it to be corrected. He said I was supposed to order a different way mind you this was my first time ever coming to this establishment and I did not know the correct ordering process for 6 wings . Unfortunately, this is no longer Nanum. It’s an American Deli and there’s a dramatic difference.

The two gentlemen that used to run it are gone and the food quickly took a turn for the worst. Gone are the days of the fresh, juicy tenders and hot fries. Now, I was served “chicken strips” that literally reminded me of “chicken paper” - after being told by the employee that the recipes had not changed. Also, my wings had an unpleasant smell which caused me to throw them away.

EDITED: I must say since the owner is no longer at the establishment the customer service has gone to shit! I was loving this place until today’s experience with the rude cashier. I was one of the ppl advertising this place after the new ownership and I order at least 3 times a week. But no more. Hopefully the owner hire better employees and keep it from going downhill again.
