I had a bad experience with a call in order on 7/14/17 I ordered two 10 pieces wings and fries for pick up the bag was packed waiting for me. I got home about an hour later I went to put one of the wing orders in the fridge it the container felt really light when I opened it there was five wings...so I had to call and explain myself at least 5-6 times I got no apology the lady who said she was the manager finally found my ticket and told me it how the cashier's handwriting on the ticket was not clear she then said she couldn't make another order; so I told I don't expect you to make another order I want what I paid for so I had to tell her all I want is the other 5pcs of honey mustard wings...so she gave me two choices 1. a credit for my next visit or 2. come pick up the other five wings...I told I need the other 5pcs delivered since it was wing it error, she said yes the driver can deliver it but I would have to pay $3.00 delivery charge? Really what kind of customer service is this? she explained its the driver's fee etc; etc anyway I got the other 5pcs delivered paid the driver the $3.00. The wings are good; however I won't be in a hurry to come back. Customer Satisfaction is KEY since your cashier made an error you should have had the rest of my order delivered to me asap Wing it should have absorbed the delivery charge. I'm a Food Service Manager I would have never asked my customer to pay a delivery charge even if it meant I had to take $3.00 out my own pocket. I ended up paying $3.00 for the mistake that Wing...
   Read moreWhen a loyal customer of over 15 years calls to attempt to order and you decline their business, because you don't feel like taking any more orders even though you aren't closed yet, you tend to lose their business. I work in pizza, I've been at work all day and just got home to my sleeping toddler, the babysitter was waiting for me to arrive so she could go home, and I'm starving. I just wanted a fried chicken taco salad, doesn't even take that long to prepare, but by the time I could've woken up my 2 Year old and drug him out of the house to get there you wouldn't have let me in the door, so delivery was my only option, and you actually just declined my business. You'll be lucky if you ever get it again after this. Remember how much business word of mouth brings in? You've just lost one of your biggest forms of advertising for free, I won't be recommending you to anyone else in the future, not with customer service like that. I called the store and the lady who does not give her name when answering the phone stated we said 5 wings which is untrue. My coworker ordered the enchiladas Supremas and asked for a side of rice with it which she did not get. I again called the store back to question this and the same lady basically side she did not order the rice. SO we basicallywe have no idea what we ordered, but because she has been working there for 13 years she does not make mistakes!!!!! and finally after my coworker had eaten half of her food she found a hair in it. Of course we did not bother to call back because we knew it would not do any good. We have been customers there for awhile and this was the first time our order was not correct. to be treated the way I was just for calling in and questioning it!!!!!!! You just lost several customers from this office. I hope your attitude was worth it...
