I order my food online like I always do never had a problem until today. I had someone call me from subway the Manager Lynelee at this location she told me she couldn’t make my food because they didn’t have no staff no one to help. She told me to cancel it so I said ok let me cancel I noticed there was no cancel option I called back to let her know there was no cancel options she said call the 1800 number so there I go again. I called the 1800 number no one answers that number so I call her back again at this point she was acting super rude she said i can’t do nothing for you I said I can come back tomorrow whenever you get help she said no because they were not going to open tomorrow and hung up the phone on me I called back no one answered then she calls me back and says I have help now I can make it I told her I don’t want the food anymore because I had to get something else because she didn’t want to make my order. She didn’t even give me a option to get my money back or food I had to drive all the way to the subway to get her name and have her call the store owner the store. Owner said I had to wait 3 to 5 business days. I don’t understand why she couldn’t tell me that on the phone. I had to drive all the way there just so I can try to get my money back. Read moreI came into this location tonight 3/28/24 at around 9pm at night. After waiting 3-5 mins or so an elderly lady came out and proceeded to make my sandwich, during the making of my sandwich she was a little rude and standoffish. Once she completed my sandwich she pretty much threw my sandwich on the counter before she started to ring me up, I ignored it and proceeded to tell her I wanted cookies and that would complete my order she asked my for the third time was that all and I stated once again that I would like cookies, at that moment she says rudely I HEARD YOU! I again tried to ignore it but I couldn’t any longer so I proceeded to ask her was she ok. This lady was extremely rude and nasty as I tried to explain to her that she’s been rude since I came in and I’ve been nothing but respectful and nice. I asked her name and she refused to tell me BUT she did tell me that she didn’t care about losing her job she didn’t even care about the job at which point I said to her that I could tell she didn’t care to work the way she was treating customers. She needs some serious training or to be fired all together. I will be contacting the store manager tomorrow to make a complaint because her behavior as an employee of a national food chain shouldn’t be the way that it was. No one in the store cares. This online subway app will not work. I’ve tried 4 different payments and 3 different phones. Complete waste of time. And they are blaming me. The store does not care. I drove 30 mins to get this food and I’m leaving with nothing. If they cared about their customers they could accommodate for this issue. The subway app is through SUBWAY. It is not my phone or my card. Especially for the fact I tried different phones and cards. Will not be returning. Also be aware of their condiments. Very dirty and unsanitary.
