Adding to an old review and reducing this from 3 stars to 1 star. Wish I could leave zero. We now live at a different address but order from the same dominoes. 4 years in total from the same place. No exaggeration, I bet we have ordered from here more than 100 times - NEVER has our pizza been cut even close to all the way. It might sound stupid, but it’s annoying. We have never complained about it.
The past 2 orders had mistakes. We ordered one things and got another. We order several things at a time. Everyone in the house picks a pizza or a sub. So we intend to sit down and eat together. We share a little of each others food and have a good family time. Both times I called in to ask for my pizza to get replaced, the manager tells me “I’ll send another one out but I will need that mistake pizza back”. She doesn’t say, “I’m so sorry”. Just seems to imply that we are lying or something. I don’t care about the pizza, it’s the principle. Do you know what customer service is? Like, what are you going to do with the pizza? I know they don’t care, but I’m done. I gave COUNtLESS chances for improvement. I’ll never spend my money there again. Oh yeah, and the pan pizzas are NEVER fully cooked. Ever.
Old review:
I have literally ordered from this location almost weekly for the 3 years we have lived here. I’m leaving 3 stars because not once has our pizza EVER been cut! Like seriously EVER. I don’t know why they cannot cut through the pizza, but it’s ridiculous! Not that this is enough to anger anyone, but it is almost annoyingly funny - an ongoing joke in our house. Do y’all need a new...
Read moreBrian was a terrible delivery driver who marked order as delivered via tracker when in fact Brian did not deliver the food but instead drove it back to the store where we had to call after our food. Directions were clearly stated and preorder tip was generous for a 2nd floor delivery but Brian could, not bother getting out of his vehicle to interact with his customer. Poor service if you ask me Brian. Poor service. I hope the second delivery driver was able to keep the entire tip as he was able to successfully deliver this food to the proper building. Managerial feedback is welcome.
Edit: the quality of the food was quite good. Unfortunately customer service is a much more deciding factor than how good your meal is. I would have prefer you deliver me Ritz crackers and shredded cheese if Brian would had just made it to our door the first time.
Cinnastix were superior. As always. Brian, this is how you achieve greatness. Emulate the cinnastix and maybe you too will make it up a flight of steps for $10 on a $28 pizza order. Second driver you made out. Proud of you...
Read moreI have placed mutiple orders from the Dover Dominoes that have been incorrect. We are pretty forgiving people, so we kept trying. There was a new manager, last year I believe, so we wanted to give him time to straighten things out. About 2 months ago, I ordered some subs and pizza. My pizza was correct, and slightly burnt and the subs were wrong. I requested no onions and these were so loaded, that I couldn't just pick them off. I called and they brought 2 new subs out, pretty quickly. I was so furious when I opened the box and saw this pathetic excuse for a $6 sub..and this was a REORDER!! I was already sick, so I wasn't happy about driving to the location, but I did. I showed up and had to stand at the counter for almost 10 minutes, before I stood up and got pretty vocal about my presence.. I demanded my money back, because I won't purchase anything else from Dominoes. The gentleman that helped me, forced me to take a free sub voucher, which I gave away. I don't like to give negative reviews, but I would urge you to order...
