HORRIBLE DUNKIN! Very dissapointed! At first this was a lovely place, now I see why service is so slow there! The owener "Chintin" Has done a complete personality switch. My son worked there over summer break. I learned They DO NOT DISPOSE THEIR CLEANING RAGS But, RECYCLE Them in bleach. GROSS! And this is what they use to clean surfaces, and equipment, and lets not forget....THE BATHROOMS ARE CLEANED WITH THESE! The service was 100% at first now im being rushed when in the drive-thru. One time my Mocha was made wrong and the owener and his family I assume started speaking in another language and making smart remarks, and facial expressions. Honestly very dissapointed, this is the only Dunkin close. There were dead flies in the windows when I sat down to enjoy my moca. I think this place needs to be reviewed by the health board, and the manager needs training. Also my son says they refreeze the donuts if not being used in time. Just awful. Much to my dismay, I gnawed through more than half of my block of dough, anticipating the sweet creamy deliciousness that would await my tongue; which never came to fruition. I called and spoke to a lovely associate about this dilemma. I asked her why there was no cream, and she explained to me that they were not filled yet. I said (while chuckling) why would you sell me a freaking doughnut without the cream center. And then she said that I was cussing at her because I said freaking. I replied with some colorful expletives while she tried to argue with me and then hung up on her. I was mortified because she was throwing an attitude at me when I called to ask what the problem was with the cream filled glazed donut. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there....
Read moreI went to order a plain large hot coffee and a dozen donuts. The line was ridiculous, so I decided to go in. After standing looking at the menu for a few moments a team member walked over and pointed at the sign that read that they were only doing to go orders. I said I wasn’t aware I couldn’t come in and order you should probably lock the door. Then a women by the name on Hannah said I could stand there and do a to go order but they’re not doing face to face orders.... as I was standing there with her face to face. In case you were not aware, online is also more expensive. If you’re worried about customer service you should wait on your customer and let them know for next time.
