Dover Softies — Restaurant in Dover

I was nieve to think that all places of business treat everyone the same. My first visit to Dovers softees was awesome! Young people at the counter contributed to my mission to visit again, plus my softee was excellent. I drove from Canton just to patřronize Dovers Softee, and the servers today were horrible. First off, the older clerk had an attitude when I asked simple question about flavors, she put me off on second clerk. Who insisted I go wait in .the car while my foods prepared.my passenger wanted water, when I went back to winsow she didn't give me a chance to ask...she told me to move out of the way.. there are other customers besides me. I am 60ish grown woman and didn't appreciate the put off, my order was wrong, but when I called it in they went back n forth on why it was my fault for not asking for reciept I love these Softies? But I won't return..I'll save on gas, extreme prices, and a bad...

Seriously, we’re onto a 3rd and 4th generation family that is still coming here.

I still remember coming here as a child and asking for the cup lids so we could put them on our bikes to make them sound like motor cycles.

The quality is great, lots of shade to sit down and relax plus has music with daily lunch specials if your not in the mood for ice cream.

Closed during the Winter. Seems to have a seasonal staff shortage needed to get orders out in a reasonable time. They usually have 2 windows going at the same time that creates confusion among the few people standing around waiting for food. God forbid a larger crowd. Parking at the front creates an issue with the people and KIDS meandering about. Maybe don't allow parking in the direct front. SO, I don't often go here unless I see it's...
