Worst experience with a subway ever!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could! So upset!!!
So, Im a travelling healthcare worker. I had work in Dover and when I got off my shift, I was starving. I'm not familiar with the area but I stopped at the Subway off Wooster Ave. and my boyfriend met me their to have dinner, since I had to go back to work in a couple hours. We ordered two footloongs for curbside pickup (I do try to avoid going into locations due to covid, and being exhausted), we waited in our car for an hour and a half before going in to get them. If they're offering curbside service that we opted for, we should've received curbside service, or they shouldn't offer it. There were FOUR employees just standing behind the ingredient bar (they were hadnt been busy at all, we had seen maybe 10 customers total), each one said they never saw us outside (i had let them know via Subway app, tried to tell one employee who had walked outside but he said nothing and only walked back inside and pointed at our car, we even honked our horn a couple times!). We ordered our subs at 4:15pm via Subway app (while sitting in their parking lot!), the app said our subs would be done at 4:45pm, but we didnt end up leaving the store with our food til after 6:30pm. When we went in, we were told our subs had been thrown out because they were gross, so they had to make new ones. I was very upset, but as calmly and politely as I could, I asked what happened and why we didn't get service we had already paid for, but most of my questions either got answered with silence or "i don't know". Read moreOk there are few things that need to be known at this subway location the food is good and the employees are great except the manager Trish. This manager batters her employees in front of the customers and is really loud and make sure that everyone hears what she's saying about the employee. Also there was a child that was looking like he was going to get on a table and the manager decided to yell at the child instead of speaking with the parents to tell them to tell the child to get off the table. Also the same parents asked if they had quesadilla breading they didn't know that it was called flatbread and the manager told them that they need to go to Taco Bell if they want to get any quesadillas since they were Mexican that were ordering a quesadilla when they did not know that the flatbread was called flatbread. If you go into this location and Trish the manager is preparing your food just turn around and walk out because she will argue with you and also batter her employees in front of you and try and shame them when they made a mistake. to be honest the regional manager or corporate needs to just assign a new manager for this location the other employees are perfectly fine and are very friendly and prepare your meals good and professional but the manager is unprofessional and is clearly unqualified to do her job when it comes to dealing with her employees and customers. Read moreTheir 1st priority is always taking care of mobile orders and not the people in line in store. Once all their mobile orders are taken care of no matter how long that might be they will get to you after. Today I went in and all I get veggie wise on my sandwich is extra black olives. The young gentleman that I asked for extra black olives did a great job and put a good amount on my sandwich. Employee named Trish walked by and made him take off the black olives because it was too much. I told her that’s a perfect amount because I don’t get anything but black olives on my sandwich and I wanted extra. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I should only be getting 3 olives for every 6 inch. I’ve had Trish help me before and everytime she will never give me extra olives. She needs to take a lesson from the young man who was helping me because he cared more about customer satisfaction than the amount of olives on my sandwich.
