So this is the second time in a month that I have attempted to feed my family from KFC in Dover, Ohio. The first time, i got a partial refund and I thought maybe it was a fluke and maybe I went on an off day but no ..... Today was just as bad, if not worse. Our food was supposed to be ready at 5:39pm. I didn't receive my food until after 6. Which it is what it is. But the food wasn't even hot. Or eatable for that matter. I manage a local business and I understand being short handed and under staffed but the employees there are less than efficient. Now I will say.... As I stood there for a half hour waiting on my food, the cashier working the dining room was great! Very personable and handled the rush with ease. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not on her side. The lady expeditating the orders was not very pleasant. The entire time she was obviously upset at the customers coming in and the non stop drive thru. Again, i understand being swamped, but it's also understanding.... Without us customers, there would be no KFC, which means no paycheck.

Read moreWe were there last night around 7:30. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just to find out they were closed. The outside KFC light was on, lights were on inside and you could see workers inside. There was also about 5 cars in line ahead of us. Every indication they were open...until you finally get up to where you can order. Then nothing. Drive up to the window to see a little sign saying they will be closing at 7pm until the 8th. No other signs posted anywhere, nothing on Google about hour changes. I understand everywhere is understaffed now, but make it known that you're going to be closing earlier than normal...other than a little sign in your drive thru window. All you're doing is wasting people's time and ticking off customers who sit in line over 20 minutes when they could of went somewhere else and already...
Read more4/19 Slow service and people don't seem to know what to do. 8/27 Went back for more bad service and order screwed up tonite.Called the store and they said they'd make it right next time we were there,yea,right. 12/22/21 Your not going to believe this. I ordered ahead on phone (app wasn't working), waited over 20 minutes in line and I heard the ordering speaker tell a customer they were out of chicken. When I got to speaker the staff told me my order was being put togeather,pull ahead. At window I paid for my called ahead order and waited, and waited, and waited,girl at window said it would be just a little bit longer, mean while people are driving off because of no chicken. Finnally after 48 minutes I was on my way home. I can't believe this place stays...
