First off whoever is cashier “66517 DT” took my order through the drive through. I asked for 3 chocolate long Johns, 2 chocolate chip muffins, and a small coolatta vanilla bean. Before even asking for the chocolate chip muffins, I made sure to ask. If she had any. She assured me “she did”. So I was like yay! Then I get my order. I look in the bag with the donuts, and I see regular donuts. So I was like this isn’t what I ordered. She didn’t really seem to care, and answered back. “We’ll we don’t have the long John you wanted anyway.” So I was like ok. That’s fine. Then I just got home look at my 2 muffins. They are definitely not chocolate chip, and stale af! Like yooo! Seriously I specifically asked if you had them in the first place, and you just give me whatever old muffins you have. I was not rude, I was polite, and she lied to my face! Don’t come to this Dunkin’ Donuts if you want a correct order, because you won’t get it. I called to speak to the store, but they don’t even have their voicemail set up! So now you...

The price they charge for the same item varies each time. If you buy an espresso, it should be priced as such. If you buy an espresso and add a turbo shot, you should not upcharge the customer but treat the second as a turbo shot and not espresso.
The espresso has been DISGUSTING every 3rd time I go. It seems like they make a small portion espresso and then add coffee instead of having a creamy double espresso. Also, there is no way that you can make a double espresso within 5 seconds (from placing order at drive through to going to pay, the espresso is waiting.). This also seems to suggest that point #3 is valid.
The espresso is not hot, but luke warm. A fresh shot of espresso should be burning tongue hot. This leads me to beleive that they make an espresso shot, put small portions of it in multiple cups and then just add warm coffee when someone orders is.
This is the last time I have gone to this place after giving you business...
Read moreMy wife pre-ordered two dozen donuts. All specially picked to make my daughter’s donut day special. We walked in at the scheduled pickup time to find the order wasn’t ready! Told the worker and they said they never received the order. My wife shows her the paid receipt. This was met with “you must have ordered from the wrong store”. We made the worker look at the order again just to show her the address is actually correct. Then she disappears for 5 min and brings back yesterday’s random bottom shelf donuts (all the ones NOBODY wants or eats). This was met with an explosion of anger. How does this place not see when the customer is right? Their customer service does not exemplify the Dunkin brand. These guys need a lesson on how to run this business. Needless to say, after 20 min we finally got our order. This will be our last visit to...
