I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel I need to leave this review for the betterment of the establishment.
I love Jack in the Box! Who doesn't? So one late afternoon me and my partner decided to visit this place and I saw a number of concerning discrepancies.
To start, the soda machine (it's those modern all in one Coca Cola machines where you can get all kind of flavors) had a random software screen like it needed to be fixed (it was out of order). Even the drinks inside the food preparation area did not have a lot of flavors this particular night (it was about 6PM).
I was told there was no buttermilk at first, but then they had a whole bin of it. I think the new employee was probably being trained but someone should train her a little better in my opinion, it's like she didn't know where the bulk of the buttermilk was. Also, isn't buttermilk delicious?
I got my order, and I heard my number being called again. I think they prepared my food twice. But I told them I already had received my food and the conversation amongst staff was confusion.
Generally everything was all over the place. The food also was not very fresh tasting though it seemed they made it on the spot.
Here's to this site improving whatever was wrong this particular day I visited. I love Jack in the Box!...
Read moreBeen going here for years. Never really had a bad experience. Although, like with any Fast food spot, always check what they give you before you leave. Sometimes mistakes happen and it's best to realize it while you're in walking distance. They've always been very nice and helpful when dealing with missing or incorrect items. Burgers are pretty good for the price as well. Pretty solid dollar/value menu as well
Update (06/02/25) Been here for the first time in a few months, and they took around 20-30 minutes just to help 3 cars in the drive thru. My order was fairly small too (one burger and 2 tacos). Once I got to the drive thru speaker, they asked us to wait for around 5 min just to let them know we had an online order. Then we waited another 15 min for the one car in front of us to be helped. When we got to the window the workers were messing around and it took them a few minutes to get our order ready. Seems the quality has gone down at this Jack's. This was at around 9:00-10:00pm, so maybe it's just the night crew. I won't be going back though... It's not worth a 20-30 min wait. The only reason I didn't leave is that it was an online order, so I had already paid. I suggest you avoid this Jack in the Box if you value your time. Hopefully it...
Read moreThis Jack in the Box is close to my residence. I go there out of convenience, But everytime I go there I am reminded why I should go someplace else. My wife went through the drive thru and as per usual they got the order wrong. They ask me if the order is correct on the drive thru screen and it is but they get it wrong between the order screen and the window. If you stop to check the food they assure you rudely it's all there. Many times I've got home and the order was wrong. Last night was no exception. The staff doesn't know how to communicate to you when you ask questions. They seem very bothered if you ask for condiments and napkins. Last night I was charged for a meal when I ordered a single item. The cashier seemed mad at me for telling her this was not my order. She tried to tell me it was. Will I return there?
