USA Donuts & Croissants — Restaurant in Downey

I have been to this donut shop for a VERY LONG TIME, but the first time owner dude I have known, his hygiene and cleanliness is NOT met, this is like the sixth time that I noticed little hairs in the buttery bread donuts and lately he been SCRATCHING HIS HEAD with his bare finger nails and even his mustache and goatee 🤢🤢 I literally threw up my dinner becuz of him doing it so.. plz I hope the food administration will investigate this donut shop and the fact there's alot of homeless attending to that donut shop . Sadly I couldn't take a pic of him doing so but next time I will and definitely keep customers...

Place seems shady I tried paying with card and the guy had me use my card and said transaction was cancelled. He then said I will get charged $1 to use the card at the store and then I will get additionally again with my bank on top of the $1? Went ahead and said I will get charged $14 on the beginning of the month because I have Bank of America???? Sketchy and weird and felt like fraud to me. Unfortunately I swiped my card and i declined to purchase the donuts and left. I will be on the lookout on my bank for any weird transactions. I wouldn’t come here if you don’t have cash...

I am going to miss this place. I recommend every Veteran in the SoCal to stop byand show some support. Come and check this place out for theur amazing customer service with their fresh delicious donuts. Business is operated by the mom and her daughters. Just so you know these donuts brought up the morale of my former office staff. Unfortunately, I came back to Bakersfield. But next time I'm in town I will definitely purchase...
