If I could give this place zero stars I would, not because of the staff but because of the owner/receptionist that works there. I have been going there for months and not once have I been told that I need an appointment. Today I walked in and there was a total of three staff normally there’s at least 6-8 girls working. Anyways I get there and let her know I’m there for a pedicure and she rudely tells me to wait. Afterwards she comes over and tells me that she’s booked and that I need to make an appointment I let her know that I have never made an appointment the months I have been coming here and she stated that they have always made appointments there and if they took me in then I was lucky very lucky to be taken. After she made sure to let me know I was lucky to be serviced she said she can take me in tomorrow. Now this wasn’t my first attempt trying to get a pedicure this week I also stopped by the day before and because there hours aren’t clear because there’s tape around where there hours are posted they were closed the day before so I ended up going back home. So after attempting twice to get a pedi I told her no I didn’t want to make an appointment. Afterwards she basically kicked me out and told me I could leave now. This isn’t my first encounter with her being rude either, the previous month where I noticed she started to get short staff she swapped spots with the girl that was already almost done with my pedi because a new customer came in and she didn’t want to do the dirty work. She started getting rough with my feet and I told her to be gentle and not sure if that got her upset but right after she started telling me that I looked tired. More like tired of your sh*t but yeah I was tired. I recommend that no one goes to this nail shop. I went in yesterday because I finally had a day to myself I was looking to get a full set medium length coffin style and hoping to get eye lash extensions as well. I did reach out to the owner short notice however she did not bother in trying to work a schedule flat out told me know (way to make sale!). Then the male nail tech that did my set did NOT style my nails the way I had asked COFFIN! THEY LOOK SQUARE!!! I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now, and I absolutely love this place. They’re main focus is good hygiene and great service. I have only done gel nails here so I cannot comment on other services. My nails have always lasted longer than most places! I usually change them because my nails have outgrown the nail polish. The workers are experienced and patient with my needs. Every time I have arrived the wait time is minimal and their work area is clean.
