Came and to pick up an order and was given almost exclusively, non-verbal communication by the cashier. She sent a bag of food and a drink down on the counter, looked at me and then waved her hand. I assumed this meant that my order was complete, but as I walked away with it, she yelled, “no, no no no, no” and called me back and told me there was more. I told her I was not able to really understand what was going on since she was not using her words, and she said that she was using her hands to address the gentleman behind her. How am I as a customer to know if my food is done by you: waving your hands, considering the crowd in the lobby myself, and all other factors that go into me delivering a $4 food order.
The employees in the back, who spoke Spanish, thought that I, a black man, did not understand Spanish, and did not understand the orders, and insults they were providing to the MANAGER behind her about me. What manager allows her staff to root her on in a different language, not telling them to be quiet so she can handled the guest. Ironically, I am making food delivery so that I can pay for medicine and treatment inflicted by a stomach illness given to me by a Jack in the Box chicken sandwich.
Then some construction workers who were operating on a ice cream machine came out the back to intimate me and stand by? Of course I’m going to get upset if you have 7 employees come out to face me and act like I am being ridiculous for wanting normal, human...
Read moreToday on May 5, 2025 I placed an order at the Telegraph location here, and when I got to the window, I was informed that they were out of one of their signature items. I am not one of those type of customers that get upset, or just can’t believe it. I explained that things happen and I was ok with my order as is. However, the manager offered me another item that was higher than the item that I wanted and she also gave me a free cheesecake to explain how sorry they were that they did not have my ordered item. The cashier was so nice and so apologetic. I explained that it was not their fault and I understand because it was a popular item. I have come to this location on several occasions, and they have been so thorough, welcoming, and very professional. As I typed this, I totally forgot the managers name, but it is a female manager that was on site on May 5 at 5:00 PM. I just want to say thank you! You are amazing and your customer service is impeccable. Thank you for thinking about the customers first and making them feel welcome at your fast food place. As I said above I’ve always come to this one because my orders have always been correct and you make the fast food experience very enjoyable. I will continue to come to the Jack-in-the-Box at this location....
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting the Jack in the Box drive-thru, and I must say, the experience was exceptional, thanks to the incredibly kind and efficient lady named Jennifer working there. From the moment I pulled up, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed. She was not only courteous but also extremely attentive to my order, making sure everything was perfect. It’s clear that she takes pride in her job and genuinely cares about her customers.
And let me tell you, the tacos at this location are hands down the best I've ever had from any Jack in the Box. They were fresh, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. I’ve tried tacos from several different Jack in the Box locations, but these were on another level. It’s clear that the staff here, puts in extra effort to ensure every meal is top-notch.
If you’re looking for a quick bite with excellent customer service and the best tacos around, this Jack in the Box is the place to go. Kudos to Jennifer for making my visit...
