Pico Rivera Inn & Suites — Hotel in Pico Rivera

The front desk workers were really rude. They yelled at me for asking what information was needed on a slip they gave me to fill out. Once i got to my room i asked if i could do late check out and they rudely yelled NO over the phone. i said sorry? they said no, check out at 11 no. i said okay sorry i understand and then they said 15min extra i said okay thank you. The next morning i got woken up at 10:00am to a call from the front desk that the check out was 11 i said i knew that and was getting ready to leave. They called me 3 different times after that to yell at me and say check out was 11 which i said again i had already gotten a call and knew. when it was 11 they came up to my room and tried to open the door but i was walking out of the room. This place is disgusting! I book two rooms both were nasty as soon as you walk you can smell the dirtyness i dont how it has such a high rate stars. Dirty bedsheets, it looked like some had dinner in there and stain the sheets who knos how many days they use the same sheet over and over gross (dont even whant to think bout it)Bathroom was not clean eaither floors and baseboards were filthy paint coming off the walls. Am sure they dont have house keepers and it just the gentleman at the desk that cleans the rooms (not clean though). Tv on my parents room didnt work . Iron and hairdryer upon request . As i was walking out my room came across the manager . And showed him all the stain and from the pics . I told him i hope thats not blood. Save your money people...

THE WOOORSE!!!!!! place to stay😡 not satisfied with the services, no room service like cleaning the room after going out all day and coming back, it was the same 😠 when we came back you have to ask the staff to do what they're supposed to do, they are not even doing there job. I'm telling you it's not the proper place to stay to sleep, very noisy at night, especially the hall lights that disturb entering through the window. It is a really terrible place to stay even when there's a sign saying new management but it is the worst place 🤬 so for me and my family it ruined our stay, it was the worst ever ever exeprience i've had...
