Jim's Burgers — Restaurant in Downey

Worst customer service a chubby lady with glasses Hispanic looking she's a cashier is always so rude you could tell she hates her job. Every time I order she has su cara de culo on ! she had spilled all my dressing inside my bag with my food I kindly told her to replace it because she had spilled all my dressing she rolled her eyes and said something underneath her breath she changed the bag throws it at me like if I was a dog ! Honestly I felt super discriminated ! I use to love going but now I don't know who runs this place seems to be her since she's always so rude to everyone. I will never return to this place I felt really intimidated due to her...

With places like this I don't know why we still go to McDonald's or jack in the box etc... I can tell you by my personal experience, you can feel the freshness of this food pricing is about the same as McDonald's probably even cheaper and flavor is there, healthier hamburgers and fresh fries, huge standard sizes one of their burgers is like 3 McDonald's ones and they serve breakfast everything pretty affordable and tasty, we must support this place that people really deserves to be on top of this food chain restaurants go to Jim's, look at my other reviews this review...

12/18/2024 Stopped in here with my friend to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a Chicken Salad and my friend ordered a Double Cheeseburger. Tables were clean and prepped, Staff were Awesome, food was delicious, customer service was exceptional, Facilities were clean and well maintained. A favorite from when i was a child, as I haven't been in this area in a while. 'Jim's' seems to be local to this area. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will surely return many times.
