You know those days when you have a dentist appointment, and you have to have a quick bite right before your appointment. Because you wonāt be able to chew in 3 or 4 hrs. Well, today was one of those days. I had to stop at McDonaldās for a burger because I was starving, and needed to eat something in a hurry. Iāve never been to this McDonaldās, and Iām never coming back. I decided to go through the drive thru, and after I placed my order, I drove forward to pay. The guy at the window repeated my order (no greeting) and took payment. Since he just took my payment and closed the window, I assumed there was a second window where I was supposed to pick up my food; and I drove forward. Well, there was no second window (I know, kind of funny), but how was I supposed to know. I went around again, and since there was no cars, I was able to get back to the drive thru. There was another girl at the window with my food. She opened the window, I was about to say something to the effect of sorry I missed the part where there was only one window. Iām kind of laughing at myself. But this girl looked like she was in a hurry, she handed me my food and closed the window (again no a peep from her either) I checked my bag, no ketchup, so I called her (more like waved at her) she gives me ketchup. So customer service is bad, they shouldnāt even get a star. I get to the lot where I have my dentist appointment. Iām ready to enjoy my burger. I open the box and thereās a long hair right on top of my burger. Iām doubting myself, thinking can it be mine. Hmm this hair is wavy, I have straight hair; and itās currently on a bun. So it canāt be mine, I open the sandwich and thereās another long hair there. Iām more disappointed than angry at this point because Iām hungry. I ate a couple of fries (surprisingly theyāre still hot and tasted good) and I trashed the burger. I wanted to call the restaurant, but I just didnāt want to...

I said hello twice, so I proceeded to window but there was 3 cars ahead of me. After 10 minutes in line I get to window & they had wrong order of person on line if I hadn't asked I would've recieved wrong order so they gave me a receipt & told me to drive to stall 2 for order pickup. The cars that were ahead of me were also told to wait in a stall number for their order. Waited 2 minutes. Went inside & asked why is my order taking so long if I wanted to pick up on stall I wouldn't have picked drive thru as my pick up option. I was told it should come out in a few minutes I asked for a refund. It took them less than a minute to refund me & they didn't return my receipt By this time it was 8:05pm. As I was leaving 2 other cars from drive thru were parking on assigned stall numbers to wait for their order.
Unbelievable all I ordered was fries & a small cheeseburger not a catering order to be wasting 30 minutes to end up...

A rated restaurant. Plenty of parking. Just be careful cuz to get in need to go to the drive-thru special with the kids. there's no playpen for kids so I will not recommend this place for kids. You need a code to use the restroom. They're fast but when ordering through drive-thru or inside double check your order. A couple times I was missing a burger or fries or Ranch BBQ dipping sauce. And sometimes in the kids meal too. Before you leave open up the Happy Meal and make sure everything's in there. keyword double check your order...
