One 5/19, a day which will forever live in my mind, I was in drive thru for 32 minutes until I got to window (not an exaggeration, i timed it on iphone). But that was when the nightmare began. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out (as they always do when you order “all day breakfast” after 1030am). 10 minutes go by and a staff member comes out. He asks me, “did you order the 20 mcnugget?” I said no, sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. He looks at me like he has no idea what im talking about. Without saying anything else he just walks to car next to me and apparently gave the food to them. (So they had two cars pulled up waiting for food). 5 minutes go by (45 minutes after pulling into drive thru) and no one is coming out. If you are wondering why I haven’t just left it’s because I already paid for the food and have invested 45 minutes of my life so it’s tough to just leave at this point. I decide to go inside to see what’s going on. What a sight...the drive thru is full, but there are even more people inside waiting for food in line looking angry. One lady is telling the girl at the counter, “I didn’t order this, I ordered a big mac”. The staff responds, “just take it, its free.” The customer is like, “why would I take it? Its not what I ordered.” I start talking to another lady who says she’s been waiting 25 minutes for just an ice cream. I asked the manager about my food, they don’t have it and have to show the receipt. She says they will start cooking it now. Now at this point, you might think...”its a fast food place, they must be short staffed and overwhelmed by a lot of people coming in at once.” That is not the case. They had more employees behind the counter than customers to serve. But half of them were just standing around. I genuinely felt bad for the manager because she was friendly but besides 2 or 3 fellow staff, the rest of her team were not helping at all. Finally, about 10 minutes after talking to Manager (an hour after pulling into drive thru) I walk out with food. They didn’t give me the food for free, but gave me a card that said I could get a free value menu sandwich and an extra hash brown. This place is usually slow but this was one for record books. Read moreI used to come to this establishment daily for breakfast including my oatmeal with raisins that is a special request and something for my whole family, I would spend anywhere from $7 - $20 a visit nearly 6 days a week. The had a great app that gave wonderful coupons for their customers and things have drastically gone downhill in the last few months I rarely go anymore. First off they changed the app for the good deals to mobile ordering and you would have to pay with a credit card and I mostly always pay with cash and you couldn't ask for certain special requests not was there a place to write it in. The service has completely gone downhill the new employees are rude and food is not at it's best, when you order something a certain way you should be able to get it that way no matter what time of day. When you hire new employees and they work certain shifts and there are repeat customers that have special requests those new employees should be taught those. You ask for something lightly toasted because they always burn it and it's still not done right and everything else is cooked well done! The 6am -11am? or whatever time is the only time I feel the staff care about service, product and customer satisfaction but I'monly talking about the employees who are not cooks. Read moreI was attending my grandsons baseball game. I live in NC and was in NY to visit. This was important to me because I never get to see him play. He was playing two games this day. I ordered from the app so I could get there between games. I sent my parking number when I got there and had to wait anyway. Got my food and rushed back. Started handing out food and realized I was missing half of my order. I called and the manager said she was sorry and they had a lot of new people. She told me to come back and she’d have it ready, also that my order would be free. I went back and went inside as she requested. Another manager was there and she said she had the information and they would get it ready. It was supposed to already be ready!! After waiting about 10 more minutes I got the rest of my order. I asked her if my order would be free like the other manager said and she said ‘probably not’!! I told her about missing the game and she just stood there looking at me. I told her that was not right and left. By the time I got back I had missed 3 of the 5 innings of my grandson’s game!! As I was eating my Crispy Chicken sandwich I noticed some hard pieces.
