I came here with my fiance while we were on vacation, and everything was okay. When we first entered, I was stared down like a hawk but a morena woman in the kitchen. I got very negative vibes from her, especially being that she wasn't the one taking our order. I greeted her kindly anyway and that seemed to redirect her attention back to the kitchen. The guy who was taking our order was very kind and patient. I was very nervous about our food after I stared down like a criminal by kitchen staff (before even uttering a word and completely entering the restaurant). However, our food came our fresh and decent. The buns were a bit soggy due to the grease from the meat. All of the grease aside, our burgers were quite nice. The fries were good, too. Side note: I ended up losing my ring in the parking lot and, according to my fiance, a couple of them were quite helpful to ensure that I find my ring. Fortunately, I was able to find it within 20 minutes in the parking lot. I may or may not steer clear of this location...
Read moreEdit 10/26/24: came in today at 2pm and had a much better experience. The man at the front was kind and patient. They only had one man working the grill/kitchen and he was working very quickly to fill the orders. Changed my rating from 3/5 to 5/5. Still pricey food, but good every once in a while. :)
Original post 2023: Blonde cashier girl on shift at 6pm tonight was very rude and impatient, even a bit racist. The family in front of me had limited English and she kept talking very rudely to them. Then when I went to pick up my food, another man asked one of the employees for a bag and she came over and said “he doesn’t speak English” very rudely. She needs to change her attitude or not work at the front. Food was great! Pricing went up though. See updated menu picture. Thank you to the workers cooking the food! You...
Read moreTheir food is good and they have always given tons of fries; as in half more fries in the bag. But then today I get this (see pictures). I get the smallest cup I've seen, just barely full and not , no lie, not a single fry in the bag. I took a picture to show that the bag had NO grease on it; showing that no fries were in the bag. To be honest, I come to Five Guys for the fries, not the burger. Their burgers are good but its not what brings me there. It's the fries. And if they've changed their practice of overflowing fries, then to be honest, I'm out. I'll go to Cubby's or Habit or if I want good fries I'll go to the Philadelphian. Or just go explore other...
