So, I had no idea what this place was, but a lot of the pictures of the food looked outstanding.. (upon walking in, I realized this was more of a place for people that are in great shape, and are exercising regularly... I'm not going to make a comment about my shape, and if I'm exercising ever. Ha)

Because of covid, they have set a few parking stalls available for pickup, without having to go inside, by ordering online.

Upon just showing up, Google told me The entrance, was at the roundabout? But, it wasn't a big deal cuz I just had to turn around and enter differently. (Oh well. I'm impatient sometimes) It is right next to a massage and facial spa, and you might miss it, if you're not paying attention. Haha!

Parking is pretty great, and upon walking in, I was surprised by how great it all looks inside. You could tell they put a great effort into making sure that it looks clean. They instantly have menus on all the walls, as soon as you walk in, and you can watch them preparing the food for you.

For myself, I wanted a fish wrap, while my friend wanted a blackened chicken caesar wrap. --the employee Aubrey was super friendly, and very patient as this was my first time here. I also didn't know that they offered food or salads, generally with the order... Neither of which I eat regularly. Haha) I was generally pretty impressed, by how nice the food tasted, but I didn't really appreciate how long it took. My salmon wrap was really fishy (I know, it is fish... But it didn't taste very fresh.) The avocado, and dressing, and spices on the salmon wrap were AMAZING though!

My friend though, did not agree... After eating half of his order, he had to throw the rest away. He said the lettuce was so old, and it was as if his food had been sitting in the fridge for 2 months. (I didn't feel the same, but I do think my salmon wasn't very fresh)

After paying for my order, the employee -Aubrey- asked me what my vehicle was, and that they would bring me my food soon Took roughly 16 minutes, before they even brought me my food... When I was hoping I could be in and out, in under 10. If you have a shortened lunch break, I think the only option would be to call ahead, or...

Extremely Rude Place. Noise level on weekend mornings is insanely loud. Wakes up the entire neighborhood. No response to my polite request to reduce noise. You won't ever get my business again.

Update

Thank you for your apology. No need for a free meal. I just ask for mutual respect. I've make sure my actions when I'm around your establishment are good for your guests. I turn my music down when driving by (you have outside guests most of the year). I wave to people eating inside when I walk my very cute dogs by. Pick up after them. Grab trash when I see it. Try to not be loud on my cell phone when walking near your outdoor area. I called twice to let your team know how loud the music was and asked them to please turn it down a little. I was ignored and turned to Google reviews to be heard. I am appreciative that you will adjust accordingly, so thank you. If you have another class, I encourage you to walk past the direction of the speakers to the residential areas. You are also welcome to come inside my house and listen if needed. There was not one place inside my house where I couldn't hear the teacher and music. I hope this information is useful to you and thank you for...

First, I’d like to say that I follow a Ketogenic diet, so I’m pretty used to eating bunless burgers, and I really wanted a change. With that in mind, I ordered fish, which I don’t usually do, as it’s not often cooked correctly. I was VERY impressed with the quality and freshness of my dish, which was the Grilled Salmon Ceaser Salad. The Salmon was grilled perfectly, and the greens were very fresh! They served cheese wisps instead of croutons, which I didn’t miss at all, as the wisps had lots more flavor! My husband ordered the Fueled Monster Bowl with quinoa. The proteins were grilled steak and chicken. He was very happy with his dish as well, and said his was very fresh and the proteins were cooked well, too. He asked the cook and found out that if you don’t want any of the carb options, they’ll put it on a bed of greens, which is really great to know that’s an option, as it isn’t listed on the menu. The place was very clean, the service friendly, and the parking was very ample. I’ll definitely be coming back. I don’t often give 5 stars, but this establishment really deserves it. I really hope they open more of them, as I had to drive from American Fork to Draper, but it...

This place is the place to go if you're looking for a healthy filling meal. The inside is closed for Dine in at the moment but the patio area is spacious and each table has an umbrella for shade. My friend is counting her macros so we were searching for a place we could go out for her birthday but still stick to her diet. This place not only offers meal plans but also has protein desserts, BCAA drinks, and also makes it very easy to stick to any diet you're on. Whether you're building muscle and need more protein, counting your macros, or counting you calories fueled kitchen made it easy to do so. Attached I 🌟 what my friends and I got and you'll see it tells you the calories, protein, carbs and fat of each dish. We just asked and a employee brought us this out. I do however wish it would've been listed on the menus. 2 of the dishes are the fueled monster bowl but one has cilantro lime dressing in place of the peanut sauce. All bowls we got were 1/2 brown rice and 1/2 quinoa. Update: still loving the food here. Staff could be a bit friendlier but the food is amazing and doesn’t leave you feeling gross after eating.
