Swig — Restaurant in Draper

The whole vibe of this place screams "I''m backstage at a Disney Channel sitcom." Honest question: does this place have any management or is it just a Lord of the Flies situation? Every time I visit I am half-heartedly greeted by an Abercrombie model flipping hair, snapping chat, and calling me fun words like "bruh".

I will surely be back again if only to see if they can somehow manage to screw up my drink for a third straight time or to learn the cool new lingo. I ordered a bloody wild which was bloody disgusting. Upon first sip I was greeted with a thick layer of processed strawberry purée. At this time I opened up my cup and saw that my drink was completely unmixed (purée on the bottom and Mountain Dew on top). I think it is really cool that they give you the hands-on experience of having to mix your own overflowing cup of sticky soda a stickier purée when most places would already come pre-mixed for the customer.

i also ordered two cookies, one without frosting for my daughter. In an act of teen angst and rebellion that would make Kurt Cobain headbang from the grave, the Jonas Brother impersonator that handed me my cookies stacked the unfrosted cookie on top of the frosted one, making one disappointing, slap-in-the-face, frosting and cookie sandwich.

I have two stars instead of 1 because theit middle finger to the customer approach is a unique approach to marketing and got me to go back again assuming it would be better next time.

Edit to 5 star 8-12-21. Showed the crew my previous order and explained the sitch they brought them right out. Drinks great again. OK You win with your happy friendly peoples and delicious drinks. I'll be back.

Editing 08/09/21 as I was invited to come back and try again. Raise to 3 star. Drinks were amazing I kinda get why this place has a following. UNFORTUNATELY my cookies were not given with the drinks and we spaced this fact until on the freeway. Ordered through the app so I'm sure ah paid for em. Will go try again to see if an order can be right. Third times the charm?

Original: First time visiting was 100 degrees so a cold drink sounded wonderful. Me and my wife ended up with a cups filled so full of ice the lid would not close tightly on mine. The few oz of soda mixed into my cup of ice just tasted like a regular drink. I have to assume there was not room for the mix ins.

I will admit the cookies are amazing but after draining my boring soda in 5 sips not worth the trip. Doubt I will be back but if I do you can guarantee I will specify a count of ice cubes or something. Feel ripped off.

Just go to maverick get a fountain and a cookie for 2$...

if i could give no stars i would. i am extremely disgusted by the way i was treated by the managers at this location. i went in with a 10$ gift card, ready to order & receive my beverage. i got up to the window to have them scan my gift card & they told me i had no money on it, when it showed in the app that i had exactly 10$. their whole system must be rigged & faulty. disappointing. since then i’ve deleted the app & have not returned. i’ve always loved swig & loved the enthusiasm in their workers. i now have no respect whatsoever. i am so scarred by the way i was treated, like i was just another paying customer that didn’t matter. i’d rather go to 7/11 pay for a higher quality drink for 89 cents then spend 3$ on a drink that’s not even the one i wanted. at least i can pay with cash at 7/11 or even better. sodalicious or fizz. i’m now driving 20 minutes away from home a day to get a drink at fizz. so not worth it.
