Road house is a dive bar. It is a great atmosphere to hang out with the boys. The dress code us very casual. The bartenders are great and love what they do. The bar is very dark inside. Mininum lighting. Great bands play at the bar. Great local bar close to your house. Great selection of beers. People are freindly. Most people are 35 and older. There are a few people over 21. Most people come after the other bars on Myrtle close. They also have a dance floor. There is also a stage for local talent to perform. If you went on a roadtrip out of town and tried to go out. Dirty very old facility. The parking lot is very poorly lit with sketchy characters hanging out. It is mostly a hang out bar for locals. Stopped by to eat and upon entering regretted that choice due to nasty appearance and the fact that the bar tender (who appeared to be the only staff) ignored us and the 3 people who were sitting at the bar turned around and stared at us. We stood there for a few minutes with no one stepping up and letting us know we should seat ourselves or wait. We left and no one seemed to care that we left. This was a fun place to visit. What I like most was the fact that the drinks were very reasonably priced. I love the Bands and I love the way the band members interact or change with others on stage. Don't know if they had food, but all my friends who were there enjoyed the drinks and I didn't hear any complaints from anybody in our party of 25.
