I've almost always had a great experience at every Chick-fil-A, but this one is the best! I frequent this one more than others because it's closer to home, so you can either consider my opinion as bias or as well deserved! The staff is kind, all of the time. I've never seen a disgruntled staff member, but believe me, I'm sure the are for one reason or another. I've worked in restaurants for nearly a decade off and on, and working in such small, confined spaces with so many people is bound to cause friction between all types of personalities... but this fast food place never exposes you to it. You also never see an employee smoking outside, ever. Chick-fil-A in general applies a Ritz-Carlton treatment to its guests, but this one executes that treatment flawlessly. If you're reading this and have never tried Chick-fil-A before, please do. You won't regret it, especially if you go to this Chick-fil-A. My hat is off to the operator! He keeps such good staff - some have even been there for years (like Lauren)! Hey, before you go... download the Chick-fil-A app, and then get you a square cash card. At the time of writing this, the square cash card gives you a 10% discount on all purchases at Chick-fil-A (it's a prepaid debit card). Oh, and the app let's you scan a card to build up points toward free food. I ❤️...
Read moreWent to this location today and ordered through the app because the line was long which is typically normal. Once I was around the curb and could see the speakers ahead thats when I realized for the first time there were not any workers taking orders. Waited 15 minutes then they finally came out. The lady confirmed my mobile order then I waited another 10 minutes. Finally got my order which was only a spicy chicken biscuit and a Powerade. Looked in the bag saw my biscuit and my jelly and pulled off. Drove home which took around 10 minutes. Got home opened my “spicy chicken sandwich “ and it was a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and I was instantly pissed. I waited so long in the line just for my order to be wrong even though on my bag it was correct. Drove another 10 minutes back and went inside. I informed the “supervisor” at the counter and she didnt even apologize she just took the bag and said it would be ready shortly. Took about 5 minutes and she didnt say anything to me she just handed me the bag. I have recently heard how this location was starting to not provide the excellent service we expect from them and now I see why. It would of been nice for them to acknowledge they were wrong especially after everything I had went through for one...
Read moreDrive-in experience. Food was good. Order was correct. I so wanted to tell the driver in the van in front of me just to please get off and phone and place the order. After it was taking him so long, I started looking at the time. Due to his phone conversation, the size of his order and the specific requests in the order it took more than 5 minutes for him to finally move. Then I was trapped in the drive- thru line when a lady begging (demanding) for money approached my car. She carried on about a death in her family and she needed money for gas. She knew I was "a good Christian lady with money because of my car" ( a VW Bug?). I felt threatened by her so gave her $5 hoping she would go on. She then commented that she knew I had a twenty dollar bill and I needed to give her that also. I made extra sure windows were up and all doors were locked and prayed that I was safe because I was stuck in the drive- thru lane with her outside my car. Not a pleasant experience. This happened about 8:45pm. It seemed to take forever for the vehicle ahead of me to get their order. When I finally got to the window and mentioned to the Chick-fil-A employee about the panhandler approaching cars what the employee told me was 'I know. We know."...
