My interaction with Broody was very pleasant, after that it was downhill. The next day I came in to make the purchase and encountered Rose, she was very nonchalant. I purchased the fireplace asked her to have it ready for me to pick up the next morning, asked her to please have it wrap so I don’t scratch it up taking it home. When I got there the next day 9 AM or 930 was still on the floor where I left it the day before not wrapped not prepped for take home. when I asked them to give me something to prep it with a prep it they told me they didn’t even have plastic. Rose offered a blanket so that I can take it with me when I went to the back the gentleman that runs the dock area refused to give me a blanket to take home. Wouldn’t even offer me a box , didn’t even want to help. Brody had to come back there, cut up a box and lay on the back of my truck. The customer service was horrible...

Usually good but lately their office staff don’t seem to know what they are doing. Maybe too many hands in the stew; I don’t know. And some sales staff say one thing while their office staff then tell you something else and you get caught in the middle of their poor communication issues. And then they take forever trying to get things straight, all the while, appearing annoyed at the customer who is just there trying to buy their product from them. Their front end customer service sure has went downhill. I’ve been a Farmers Furniture customer at this particular one for over 20 years! And yet every time here lately that I’m trying to buy something from them I get to feeling like I’m some kind of criminal they are checking out before they let me buy from them. This is such a great group of people, manager, sales team, clerical staff and delivery people ….. I took my mom in to look at getting a new sofa and she ended up getting a whole new living room set (sofa, loveseat, chair, coffee table and 2 side tables). Rose was our sales person and she was so sweet and helpful. There was no pressure and she gave us all the time we needed to look around and decide on what we wanted. She helped us with discounts and arrangements for delivery. …… Delivery was the absolute best. Derick (aka BooBoo) and Josh were absolutely amazing, so funny and so kind to my mom.
