They are stealing from their customers by advertising one price on the menu but actually charging $1 more. Tried to order a large jumbo popcorn chicken combo that is advertised for $10.39. The exact words on the menu are "Large entree med combo". So the $10.39 is supposed to already include the price for it being a large version and it being a med combo. What they are actually charging though is $10.49 for it plus another $0.90 upcharge for "large popcorn chicken". When I say upcharge what I mean is the $0.90 is a separate line item on the order confirmation screen for something that is supposed to already be in the original price. When I informed them the menu had a different price they said it was ringing up for higher price and that it must have recently been changed. I told them that it doesn't matter what it's ringing up you are advertising it for that price so I'm not going to pay anything higher than that. Instead of correcting the price they told me "I can't help you, you need to leave" and hung up the intercom. I had to get out of my car because they refused to answer the call button anymore and go inside to get corporate's phone number. When I asked for it the manager on duty got an attitude with me telling me again to leave. I told her sure just as soon as I get corporate's number. At the same time she was on the phone with her boss. When she told her boss I was at the door I could hear her say "call the cops on him". She then hung up and called the cops all because I was standing at the door wanting corporate's number. I did nothing to warrant needing a cop to be called out. The girl running orders out then grabbed a tray of food and walked to the other door that was 4 feet away from me, stood in front of it facing me with her back to the door as if she was going to go out it and just stared at me. After a few seconds she walks away without going outside and says to her manager "He won't let me out". Manager says to me "She needs to go out" and I say "There's a door right there, she was just at it". Then the manager tells me it's broken. So instead of letting me know she can't go out that door (that's doesn't appear to be broken at all but oook) she assumes I can read her mind that she needs to me move and falsely accuses me of not letting her leave. Then the cook walks several feet towards me telling me I need to leave while his body language looks like he's wanting to attack me. I repeated for the 3rd time I will as soon as I get corporate's number. A fourth worker finally got me corporate's number and as she gave it to me decided to also get an attitude with me telling me "I'm sure you have a phone". I then got in my car and as I was pulling out the cops showed up (it took them so long to get me corporate's number even the cops managed to get there before I could leave) so I explained what happened to him, he went inside and talked to the workers and came back out and even the cop was telling me he wouldn't pay them either and agreed I should call corporate. Of course when I do call them an Indian woman answers the phone with me being on a speaker phone so my voice is echoing back on the call and 1/4 of the conversation I couldn't hear here because the call quality was making her...
Read moreVery disappointed with my last visit. Although the service I received was excellent I was not pleased with the poor advertising. The signage everywhere says large drink prior to 11 am are just $.99 with no disclaimer. So I ordered a large Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper and I'm told the drink is $1.72, a 73% tax, or so I thought at the time. I asked the person who gave me my drink why so much if it is supposed to be $.99 for a large and she told me that the new manager decided to start charging for mixed drinks. So he just decided to do this without notifying customers and adjusting the signage outside. I think I will post this on the corporate site as well, because this is poor customer service and I worked in customer service for 15+ years and I know the difference between good and bad...
Read moreIf you go thru the drive thru you have to literally beg them to take your order,. Continuously saying HELLO and finally blowing horn to get them to acknowledge your presence. Took five minutes for someone to take our order, 2 slushes. 15 minutes later I am still sitting in line waiting. The car directly behind me got their FOOD and drinks before us. Two of the cars behind them pulled off and left without getting their orders. 21 minutes later we finally got our 2 slushes. This has turned into the normal way of business here, as it has happened to us multiple times. When you ask the very nice young people working there what the problem is the answer is always the same, "we are just backed up". Think some adult management might help...
