FIRST OF ALL, I REALLY LIKE KFC, SO THIS REVIEW IS TOUGH FOR ME. THIS KFC NEEDS SOME SERIOUS ATTENTION! FIRST... AND THE WORST... RIGHT AFTER I ORDERED, I SAW A BIG ROACH OR WATERBUG AS SOME CALL THEM RUN ACROSS THE FLOOR UNDER THE COUNTER. I SHOULD HAVE CANCELED MY ORDER & WALKED OUT. NEXT, I GET MY ORDER AND SIT DOWN, THEN NOTICE A ROACH ON ITS BACK AND NOT DEAD ADJACENT TO MY TABLE. I MADE A PICTURE FOR REFERENCE. NOW, THE NEXT BAD THING. THIS MUCH OLDER LADY WAS ATTEMPTING TO TAKE MY ORDER, SHE WAS APPARENTLY CLUELESS TO THE COMBOS. I ENDED UP ARGUING WITH HER ABOUT WHAT WAS IN COMBO 6. IT HAD TWO SIDES, THE PICTURE SHOWED TWO SIDES, THE WRITEUP SAID TWO SIDES, BUT THE CASHIER TOLD ME THAT WASN'T CORRECT AND SHE CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR THE SECOND SIDE. SHE FINALLY CANCELED THAT CHARGE AFTER THE "DISCUSSION". I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PARTICULAR KFC...
Read moreSo today I went in just to purchase two half gallons of sweet tea. The cashier a nice young man looked at the lady who was preparing it and told her she was making a mess. I didn’t see nor could I see what she was doing around the huge wall. But she brought the two containers to me in a plastic bag. I walked to the Holiday Inn in which I am staying for a week and she had mad a mess in the bag which spilled all over their floor. Now I may have to pay to get their carpet clean. And I’m afraid to drink the tea. All she had to do was put the containers in another “clean” bag. I don’t think I will visit that place again. But I do think I am calling to report her. I am looking for my receipt now. This is TRULY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And if I was driving my car and that had wasted in there I would have gone back for a refund and to get her to pay to get my...
Read moreWent here yesterday and ordered 2 bbq hockey littles via drive through. No one was in front of me. When I got to the window to pay, a blonde young woman didn’t smile, didn’t say “thank you” and just handed me back my change . I then waited 8 min for those 2 small sandwiches. When she came back, no apologies, no “sorry for your wait.” Nothing. She handed me a visibly greasy bag with obvious bbq sauce on the outside and grease stains, and closed the window. No napkins were inside. When she finally came back to the window , she looked annoyed that I was still there and asked for napkins. When I tasted the sandwiches (right after pulling off), they were COLD, the bread was hard, and the meat was salty. Disgusting! Bad customer services and horrible sandwiches.
