My husband and I have been frequent customers but the last time, which was 2/22 was awful. My husband came in a little after I did and I placed our drink order and the waiter brought mine and after about 10 min asked my husband what he wanted to drink. Before my husband we had talked about what we wanted ahead of time because we are familiar with the menu. He wanted the triple play and the waiter asked me was it a burger and I told him no and what was on it. About 45 min later he brought our food and my order was right but my husband's was steak and shrimp. We told the waiter that his barbecue ribs and chicken was missing and he went back to the kitchen and came back with the ribs. He told us the chicken didn't come with it. I think he needed someone with him to train him. Anyway, we asked for Abby and she didn't come right away and my husband wasn't sure about eating it because he didn't know if it got mixed up with someone else's. My husband was aggravated about waiting so long and Abby said well he's new. My husband told her they needed to train him. She told him they had the chicken cooking. He asked her about heating his plate and she did decide to have the plate done over. It was at least another 45 min when the waiter brought the plate. My husband asked Abby what did they plan to charge and she said the full price. He said he thought he should have a discount. She left and asked Sabrina and she said 10%. I have ruby rewards and I had gave the code for by one get one 3.00 but it wasn't applied to the ticket. I went to the back and asked for Abby and again it was a little bit before she came and she fixed the ticket. At some point in speaking with Abby, my husband made the comment that the waiter looked like he could be foreign and he said he wasn't speaking foreign. We were just trying to figure why there was so much miscommunication. Abby told Sabrina and it was considered racial by them. At the end Abby asked did we need anything and we said no. We told her that Courtney, Eric, Nick and Julie were the ones that knew what they were doing and Abby said if you have a preference to ask for them. I told her we needed someone we could communicate with. She said per Sabrina that they were going to ask us not to come back if we were going to make racial comments. We don't think we were being racial. We have been Ruby Tuesday customers for years. We were not trying to hurt anyone. We have never had that much trouble. My husband is almost 59 and I will be 60 and we have never been asked not to come back to any public place. My husband did not use any profanity and he didn't raise his voice. I feel that we were harassed by telling us that because we were not happy with the service. The last time we were there the waitress is good but she was having to do to go orders and couldn't check on us. The time before that the waitress Kiley was new and never came to refresh our tea. I have emailed the home office but noone has responded. The restaurant wasn't overly busy. We got there at 3:00 pm and...
Read moreA few weeks ago I visited this location after church and was disappointed with the salad bar and the entree sizes and quality . The salad bar was in disarray. However after I went up a few times, the salad bar was fixed. As far as the entree , it should have been ten bucks not 20. It looked like a microwaveable meal. It was very different from the Ruby Tuesdays that I was use to in the past. The decor needs a face lift because it’s very depressing . Another problem is the dining layout is not very appealing or comfortable. Someone with a wheelchair would be very uncomfortable because everyone so close together.
I contacted corporate and the manager from the location reached back out to me . She apologize for the experience and wondered why I didn’t ask for a manager while I was there. Truthfully I felt it was more of a corporate problem overall with the prices and the fact the place was drab. The food is something they may of could have fixed. That’s about it. She apologized again and gave me a coupon to re-visit the restaurant. Customer service a 10/10. I’m saying it’s a 10 because she reached out not only once but twice . She wanted to get to the bottom of what went wrong during my visit. I believe that if they fix the decor of the place and some of the logistics… it can return to its former glory.
I saw a customer order a cheesecake during my visit and it looked DELICIOUS. That was the quality of Ruby Tuesday I’m...

The salad bar was clean and well stocked. I was impressed the salad bar attendant was cleaning and restocking the bar every time I passed by.
I ordered the grilled salmon with rice pilaf and zucchini. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food.
I wish there was a way to rate food and service separately because I hated giving the restaurant a three, but the service was awful. We were sat in the section in front of the door so every time it opened a cold chill came in. When the server came to the table my aunt made the comment that it would be nice to sit in a corner since we had three kids with us and that way we wouldn’t be right up under other people. The server had the audacity to tell my aunt that when she takes her kids to a restaurant she doesn’t get to pick where they sit. We did not reply to her comment and just stayed in that spot. Also when I ordered my 6 year old daughters’s food I requested ranch in place of honey mustard, but it had honey mustard when it came out and that was no problem at the time I just requested ranch again. After five minutes of waiting we just decided to get a salad bar plate and get...
