I will just start by saying as a business owner, and I have previously worked in the service industry. I definitely understand the struggles this pandemic caused and continues to cause. Tonight I was travel back home after 5 days of meetings etc and had a craving for Taco Bell. I checked the time online and knew I had plenty of time to grab something easy and quick off the menu. I pulled up to order and sat waiting for nearly 10 mins & nothing, so I pulled to first window & noticed the drawer to cash register was open and empty, I then pulled to the next window & sat for a couple minutes until a blondish/brown headed lady walked around and around and then a black gentleman came up to the counter & was playing with the computer both looking my way several times but acting as if they didn’t see me waving or honking the horn. Finally the young lady comes to the window and says “what’s up” I asked if they were closed & her response was “well it’s 12:30 and we are cleaning so we can close at 1 so you wanting something” I kindly responded with “no thanks” I got the strong impression from her attitude & demeanor that it would be to much work to fix something & take...

Now to the food The burrito had nothing but beans in it what happened to the meat or as they say it Wendy's where's the beef! And on the little twisty things there was not enough cinnamon on them to even know cinnamon existed on it. Glad I was just...
Read moreI am giving 🌮 Taco Bell a rating of 5 🌟 stars because we are talking about fast food restaurants. Which means that I am not comparing it to the higher ranking restaurants such as Longhorns, Red Lobster, or Applebee's ect. But as far as fast food is concerned, if you like Mexican fast food, my experience was very much OK. At least in this evening it hit the spot. But more importantly to me I respect that the employees were kind and their smiles go a long way with me. The food is good from the minute of ordering to the time I received the food the employees were helpful and informative. Many times, anytime you are hungry, the last thing you want is a cranky person can make or break your eating experience. But as for this evening I was very pleased to see a smiling face and pleasent attitude which made it a far more pleasant experience. And as for the food items it's mostly consistent with all other 🌮 Toco Bell...
