Frank's Pizza — Restaurant in DuBois

This truly is amazing pizza in the DuBois area, with lots of flavor and cheese.

I ordered 6 pieces of cheese pizza for takeout. The staff on the phone was very friendly, and when I picked up the pizza.

It was a little over 15 minutes waiting for the pizza.

I had to park down a little ways from the pizza shop, no problem.

The pizza was loaded with flavor and cheese. A few pieces had the cheese sliding off, but it was on wax paper, so it did not stick.

Compared to other pizza places in DuBois, Frank's Pizza has the best overall experience. The pizza can be ordered by the slice or by the tray. I feel this is a great option if you have several people wanting different toppings. They also have very good subs at a very good price.

The fall backs to Frank's Pizza are they open at 4 p.m., the menu is smaller than other pizza places, and parking can be difficult.

Frank's pizza has been a part of the dubois area for decades. I don't know their current hours but, they used to only be open for limited hours a few days a week. People from the area knew what times and days and would converge on this place for the locally famous FRANK'S PIZZA. I believe they have since expanded their hours. Thin & uniquely flavored slices of pizza + busy but fast & friendly employees. Small dining area. Most of their business seems to be carry-out. I don't know if they currently offer delivery. A couple of blocks from Rt219. A couple of miles from Rt119 & Rt322. Easy to find. Truck & RV parking nearby. Check out the mural on the outside wall. A nice & well painted...

I absolutely LOVE the pizza here and will drive a great distance from my home to get it. The serving size options are great for feeding the entire family plus extra. It still reminds you of how pizza used to be made before shortcuts were added to chain pizza places. You can add many options to make your order unique. The only reason for 4 stars is they don't accept a card for payment. But that is not reason enough to deter me from going back, I am not sure if they will take a check but I always make sure to carry cash. The location is more for take out / delivery as there is a very small table / chair area that seems to be more conducive for waiting...
