It’s rare to never gave a complaint, but this location is top notch. Always extremely pleasant customer service, product is consistently amazing. Always feel welcome and leave with a smile on my face! Keep up the great work.

Hate to update but wow. Not a single employee is on the same page or discussing loyalty programs. We’ve missed out on a ton of free stuff because the rules seem to cha he from employee to employee. I was never a huge fan of the Meadows when I lived in DuBois but after moving out of the state this definitely has a nostalgic feel when you come back and visit. I was super disappointed that there were only three chocolate ice cream sandwiches in the cooler, and no regular vanilla ones for me to scoop up and take home with me. I remember enjoying those walking across from the football games during half time back when I was in high school. Employees are super friendly, prices are relatively decent, and service is top-notch. Drove a half hour to get ice cream got here at 5:50 this Sunday waited in the drive through for 10 minutes only to be told when we got to the window that they closed at 6 and didn’t have any custard left. Their google page says they close at 9pm. So their hours of operation need updated and this is the only place I’ve ever been too that doesn’t serve people that were in line before “close”.
