We stopped at the one on jfk tonight and had the worst service Ive ever encountered. I went inside to order carry out. The young guy(Michael) at the register could not ring up the order right he said he was new. Asked for help the other male did the register. I had a meal coupon for 2 sand 2 nugget 4 fries and a mozzarella stick order. After waiting 10 minutes as he walked around like he never worked before I asked for my food which was sitting in a bag next to the fryer he said I dont need to take your fu@#* bitching were short staffed I'm waiting on mozz sticks to cook I said they've been down in fryer this whole time he continued to cuss at me then the manager Chaz walked in and I tried to explain and Michael just went off and said I quit and he kept swearing at me. Finally the manager gave me the bag when we got home there was no mozz sticks after Michael freaked out about waiting for them. I did call the store back he said ill mail u a coupon which i declined due to I didn't want that guy to have my address. That should have been a red flag right there but I had promised my 8 year old son mozzarella sticks and didn't want to take him to a bar. (Next time I will) we waited over 20 minutes for our food. My husbands mid Roast beef turned out to be a Jr but we were charged for a mid because that's what I ordered. When we got the food they had forgotten the mozzarella sticks. They were ready when we were half way done eating. And they gave us a small instead of the large I ordered at which point I rolled my eyes at them.
