Ordered on Sunday night 2 pizzas - one spinach, green pepper and tomato; one sausage, canadian bacon & green olives. One "6 cheese" Tuscon bread. Get a call 20 minutes after ordering that they are out of spinach so we opt to do double the green pepper. Everything is fine, pizza arrives on time and appears hot. But, as soon as we open them it's a huge disappointment - the slices are half hard, very dry crust and almost no toppings. Literally, for a whole pizza there were 6 green olives. The "extra green pepper" meant green pepper on 6 of the 8 slices of pizza. Their "6 cheese" bread shouldn't legally be allowed to be called "cheese" because it was just bland, unseasoned dough. Worst pizza I've had in Dubuque. So I fill out their survey and ask for someone to contact me by PHONE. They wait 48 hours and offer to credit "a large pizza". What kind of pizza? Cheese? Any toppings? Specialty? No clue. So I email back asking for clarification and for a call to discuss this further. Silence for an entire day. Finally call corporate and they're useless so I have to call up to the store. The manager who emailed me said any reply emails go to "an old email address" that he can't access. Not only can they not make a decent pizza, they can't adhere to a simple request and knowingly allow any correspondence/reply to them go unanswered. Steer clear - better pizzas for better prices with better service almost anywhere else in Dubuque! If it's late night, go to Dominos or buy a frozen pizza. Or just lick some wet flour cause it's about the same taste/consistency as these...

After waiting for our delivery that was estimated to arrive in 38 minutes, at 1:11am, we called to check on the status of our order and she said “it is on its way” mind you the gps tracker showed the delivery car in the parking lot of papa johns the entire time. Finally around 1:45 am the pizza arrives and is ICE cold. It looks like it had been smashed and tossed around. Pizza sauce busted all over the box and all over the food. It was absolutely inedible. I call the restaurant to get a refund and their horribly unprofessional and disrespectful employee, Amanda, answers. After describing the situation, Amanda goes SILENT. Says nothing. I literally thought we lost connection and said “hello are you there” and she says “yes” I then ask her again for a refund and she proceeds to tell me “I don’t know what to tell you, maybe you should have done carry out instead” then tells me she’s not refunding me and hangs up on me. So after 2 hours of waiting, receiving inedible food, and being disrespected by the staff, I call back once again and this time someone much more pleasant answers. She informs me that she has been unable to get ahold of the driver who delivered our pizza for the last hour. She informs us that the driver had departed the store with our pizza an hour prior to our phone call and never returned. I am not sure what is going on here or who is running this establishment, but I would rather go hungry than to ever even consider ordering from this place ever again. Read moreI have ordered 1-2 times a week for awhile. Normally for football games. They normally messed up my order. I paid full price but rarely got my full order. Normally forgetting the extra sauces I ordered. At 70 cents a piece when they are forgetting 4 or more it starts to add up when it’s 50% of the time I’m not getting them. So I contacted them and they offered me a free pizza and 4 sauces (which if you add up what I was shorted I paid for it anyway) so I said deal let’s put this behind us and when I called to order it they were lost, not sure what was going on. So I get there and of course they tell me I owe money. I explained what the GM told me they found it gave me my pizza no charge but before I left they handed me my pizza and then stopped grabbed it and put some sauce in there. Wasn’t the right amount, only caught it from the note the GM put in my account, still didn’t give me an accurate order. If I had paid cash like normal for that they would’ve let me leave without sauces that I ordered and again still would be upset. I emailed the GM told him I appreciate the free pizza (I paid for it by getting shorted) but that order accuracy is still horrible and that I would tell everyone about the issues I had. If you go there check every single item off before you leave. You pay for it and it adds up over time. Unfortunately the GM has a team that doesn’t care about that and it’s costing...
