KFC — Restaurant in Dubuque

Very poor service. When asked for a moment to decide what we wanted we were asked “do you at least know if you’re eating here or taking it out?” While ordering, lady was very short with us and at the end of the order, we only had 4 of our 5 drinks. When asked about the missing drink, we were told “well I’ve been pulling them out as you ordered so obviously one of the orders did not have a drink.” After correcting, the lady, who very clearly did not want to work there, quickly told us to pay and waved us off.

As for the food, we had to wait on a missing part of our order. On top of that, the oil evidently needed to be changed in the back. The chicken was not crispy and the breading looked soggy. Overall, terrible quality of food that definitely did not make up for the...

My husband went into the lobby to order food to go, ordered 2 chicken wrap combos and ended up waiting over an hour. They were NOT short staffed nor busy. Tried to hand him only one of the orders and stated they “hooked him up” with a large fry for the wait in which he informed them that they did not include the second combo so they made the second one and told him they were not including the fries since they gifted him a large order of fries. Food was cold and was missing some of the ingredients. Last time we went to this location they charged us $48 for a $20 family bucket. Will never return. My family and I went here to eat today 3/3/25 and I am pregnant while the older lady was kind and nice the cook in the back was serving old chicken and we asked for everything thing fresh only the mashed potatoes where fresh my boyfriend is now sick after eating only two bites of the chicken sandwich he ordered and my son got mac n cheese and even that was old plus all over the front floors by the door...
