Ordered a pizza for delivery and they never delivered it, and never called me and told me why. Then when I was calling to find out what happened the girl who answered the phone was being very rude. She just put the phone down when I asked to speak to a manager, and she wasn't helpful at all. Instead I had to go to the location and speak to the manager Heather. She apologized and gave me 2 pizzas for free next time I order but it would have to be carryout. Honestly I have to be really broke and desperate to get those 2 free pizzas. I hated wasting my gas and time going there. She did refund me my money, and I respect and appreciate Heather for trying to make it right but they should honestly fire that whole team except Heather because they are making Domino's Pizza look very bad. I would never trust this location to make my food or take my money. Don't do it. It is a coin toss as to how you will be treated. There should be a standard when it comes to customer service. Treat people how you want to be treated. It's not right to be rude to a customer because you're working at Domino's until midnight on a Saturday. You're an adult that's your choice, don't take that out on me because I'm giving you my business. Especially in such a simple capacity. I've worked in customer service for years and have been treated way worse BY CUSTOMERS. I was polite the entire time and kept my cool, and still was treated disrespectfully. It's not ok. People like that don't deserve to have a job. That type of behavior should not be tolerated. There are standards especially when you're in a customer facing role. If you don't understand that, then you need to learn lessons that MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND. Read morePlaced an order online at 6:25 the driver arrived at 7:05 with the wrong pizza. Called the store where I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and when I finally talked to someone he said he would get the pizza right over to me. I wish the story ended there. At 8:00 the pizza still hadn't arrived so I called the store back to ask where it was. They told me after another 5 minute hold that it was on its way. I asked when the driver left and they said 10 minutes ago. 10 minutes later I called back again at 8:10 to inquire about my pizza ordered at 6:25. The person that answered this time told me my order had not yet gone out. The person I spoke with before came on the phone and insisted it had and should be there soon. 8:45 no pizza yet. Called back to inquire yet again about the whereabouts of my order. The person that answered was quite friendly and told me he needed to remake it but to give him 20 minutes and he would have it right over to me. 9:15 called and spoke with Frederick who told me that the pizza was on its way to me. He told me I was getting two pizzas. Not that I need two but its a nice gesture considering the length of time for delivery. 9:20 the delivery driver arrived with the correct pizza... one pizza. I didn't need two but it kind of ruined the gesture of the manager I spoke with to be told I was getting two and to receive only one.

Read moreI ordered pizza for my family of eight this evening. Three of the four pizzas wer what we ordered. 4th however was not. I explained this to my delivery driver who in a very dismissive manner told me that I needed to contact the store to get this matter resolved. I took his advice and called the store. From that point things went haywire. The first guy that I spoke with blame me and said that I had obviously ordered incorrectly online. I explained to him that I had not! He offered no resolution and transferred me over to the manager. That's when things got even worse! From the beginning she did not want to hear what I had to say kept interrupting me and try to start an argument. I even asked her to please hear me out and not to argue with me. Once you refuse to hear me out and would not allow me to speak without cutting me off I use the word s* in conversation not directed towards her. At that point she decided that since I had used a curse word that the best resolution would be to hang up on me and tell me to have a good day. I will never order from this location again!!! It wasn't until well after this conversation that I even looked back at what I had ordered online and realized that I was in the right. My online order very clearly stated that I had ordered the Pacific Veggie Pizza in question. Which was not at all what I received! I would not recommend this location with its current...
