Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Duluth

Just had a very rude experience with this store. I called at 5:14pm to order a pizza, they said it was going to be a 45-1hour, which was fine with me, I understand they get busy sometimes. They come to my house at 6:20pm, the driver pounded on my door, handed me the pizza, picked my pops off the ground, we asked if we had to sign anything, he very rudely said "No." tossed me the bag and tore out of my driveway. When we called to complain, the manager Jason said that maybe if we were more generous with the tips the drivers would treat us more nicely, and that we should take our business elsewhere. He said we have had a history of not tipping drivers, but we try to tip whenever we can. I will never ever recommend Domino's to anyone and I will never be ordering...

Last time I ordered both pizzas had the same roasted red pepper and diced tomatoes but only one was supposed to be like that and my other pizza was supposed to have green olives and roasted red peppers. I get that my orders were similar but if someone had payed attention to details and the toppings it would be correct. There many times I've payed for extra roasted pepper and not received them as doubled the amount or extra. But why keep complaining about the same issue because it doesn't matter what I say its not corrected and with where I live i have limited options for ordering food from anywhere else without huge fee's if they want come out here at all. On 08 - 31 - 2018 ( 2 pm ) I called in an order for pick - up. The order was for a Brooklyn crust Wisc 6 cheese with mushroom and green pepper large pizza. The order was NOT Brooklyn crust and NOT the Wic. 6 cheese as offered by Domino's. Maybe Domino's can send these employee's to a communication class to learn the art of competency. The pizza was dull and lacking flavor.This store is also in a horrible location! Parking lot is very small and clumsy , and be prepared to wait 10 minutes or more to get out of it , due to it being located at a very heavy traffic light intersection. Explore other options before...
