Dunkin' — Restaurant in Duluth

I do understand in the pandemic world we live in customer service is hard. I try to take that in to consideration but the visit I had this morning was subpar. I stood at the register for a long time, no one came to serve,there were three workers, two were busy, one not. I made various noises in case they didn’t notice me but one who was working did see me. I had to go to them and ask if the register was open. There was no verbal response from anyone. I went back and waited. Finally one person came over and no comment at all about the wait. I ordered several things. I had to ask to receive one of the items that I did see rung up, it was forgotten. I ordered a large coffee, just coffee, and was surprised as I left thinking that I wasn’t asked about additions to the coffee as they usually do. When I got to work and drank I found a large addition of a sweetened creamer. I had to throw it away. The Apple cider donut I ordered was burnt. I had to throw it away. Again I sympathize with how hard day to day can be but I feel like I just wasted money, and will probably go to the grocery store for the donuts...

Good coffee and fresh doughnuts. I ofetn come here for coffee with my best friend. Very annoying that today they were blasring Southern Baptist Revival Noise ( music? ), and even when I requested they reduce the volume, it was still blasting so loud (and annoying) that my buddy and I could not have a conversation. I can appreciate the religious convictions of the people that work there, but they need to keep their religion OUT of the business and not force it on their customers! Music, if any, should be soft and harmonious. I'm going to find another DD because this place has little consideration for their customers. (Two stars because the coffee is actually very good. Manager and staff do not recognize customers when they come in and are stand at the register. Finally the girl working drive thru came and was pleasant. However, when I went back up front to ask for what type of creamer they have the lady sweeping the floors was rude and acted like I was disturbing her from her job and rudely said, which one do you want!” I told her I’m asking you what you guys have for creamer, and I don’t appreciate your attitude!” Do not go here....no wonder they have less than a 4 star review.
