I love dunn bros and i stop here on a pretty regular basis. It’s my roommate and I’s favorite breakfast sandwich: the sausage and cheese on biscuit. The last time we went, I heard her order two sausage and cheese biscuits, both with hashbrowns, and a coffee. It came to $25, we tipped $4. When we left, we had a coffee and two english muffins with sausage, egg, and cheese.. No hashbrowns. We both work in the service industry and have really bad anxiety when it comes to complaining. We talked our selves up to turn around and go back.. simply thinking she gave us the wrong food. When I went in to explain, she persisted that we said english muffins. She said this 3 times. I didn’t even know you guys offered the sausage and cheddar biscuit on an english muffin. Left with what she said I “ordered” and felt really disappointed. Two extremely broke waitresses, supporting local even though it’s rather pricey.. and we always tip! I’m not sure we will return for a while. I don’t want this experience to deter me, however I think the situation could’ve been handled better. Sometimes acting like a customer is a nuisance for wanting what they ordered, isn’t the way to go about it. I know that people can be wrong in the service industry and those customers can be really frustrating on a daily basis.. but remember your patience because you never know what others are...
Read moreBought two coffees and two sandwiches. Cashier was great, however the barista, was absolutely awful and rude. A customer in front of me received two hot coffees when one should have been iced. She was very nice to the barista informing her of the mistake and the barista argued with her about it. Our coffee was done quickly and correctly. The sandwiches took over 30 min. The barista asked us if we were waiting for anything to which we replied our sandwiches but we already had our coffe and she said oh well that’s what I was asking about. They do not take names with orders so people grabbed our sandwiches and when we explained that to the staff the cashier immediately jumped back with one of the other employees to get our sandwiches re-made for us. The barista said “oh yeah that happens sometimes, it sucks.” Could not believe how...
Read moreI came in for my visit and ordered a medium cappuccino for here. It was placed in a large to go cup, with 1 small serving of espresso and foam to the brim... the cup was large and way too light for a medium but definitely a small, I asked a few questions, and also mentioned I ordered for here. Instead of offering to remake my drink that I’m clearly not satisfied with, the barista takes my cappuccino and pours it into a mug Completely flipping my drink, and hands it back and turns away to dismiss me. I could live with the attitude but she turned around and immediately started mocking me to her coworker while I was standing right there. She realized I was listening & pretended to look away. For $6, my espresso isn’t hot, tastes burnt & not what I ordered. Customer service needs to step it up! Plenty other...
