Went and ordered a mobile takeout order with $80ish dollars worth of food so I understood I would be expected to wait and I was willing to with no problem, but after I made my order I saw a group of the employees go into the back outside and have a smoke break and speaking about inappropriate behavior while smoking, other employees came out two times within 20 minutes to smoke instead of preparing my food. I waited 45 minutes and was shorted two drinks, multiple condiments, was given no napkins, while also missing additional fries and a singular custom made burger didn’t have anything added on that I requested. Also while I waited I overheard an employee speaking on the mic telling other drive thru customers multiple details about my order and blaming me for holding up the line.
