I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received tonight from this location.
I ordered through DoorDash and my door dasher was very communicative through the app. He waited for 30 minutes & let me know that the order had no status when he asked. I decided to call the restaurant to just see what was going on because I felt bad that my dashers time was being wasted.
When I called the associate answered pretty quickly and only said “hello” in a harsh tone. I responded with, “ Hi! My name is Miah & I have a DoorDash order I put in a little while ago & was wondering the status as my dasher has been waiting 30 minutes.” The associate was very defensive & rude right away and responded with “I know we have 3 pages of orders” that’s not what I asked so again I tried to ask the same thing keeping calm as I could tell she was irritated and she again repeated herself and I said “I understand, I worked in customer service for years, but you don’t have to be rude” and as I was asking for her manager she hung up on me. I absolutely could not believe it! I decided to call back to talk to a manager & they didn’t answer so I did leave a message with my name & number to hopefully speak to a manger.
I understand everyone has bad days, I understand workload can be a lot, I understand people call off, I understand businesses are short staffed, I understand customers can suck. I was a store manager for 5 years before I switched career paths. I get it. But I would never talk to a customer in that way, right from the beginning.
Once I contacted DoorDash, my order was on its way.
I am not upset about the time it took, I am upset with the customer service. She should not be working in any customer based field.
I am nervous to even eat my order as she knew my name and was clearly upset.

Read moreWent through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and had just about the worst experience of my life. We drove up and were not sure what we wanted to order so I asked the person working the window for a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted. He told me to let him know when we were ready. We probably took about 3 minutes to figure out what we wanted and in those 3 minutes he asked about 3 times if we were ready to order. Keep in mind that there was not a car behind us and there was no reason for us to be rushing to get our order in. During the order I asked for no beans on an item and it did not show up on the screen that he took beans off of the item so I asked again about it and he cut me off saying that beans don't come on that item. I then rolled up to the window to get our food and it took probably another 6 minutes for them to get 2 burritos and a crunch wrap supreme. After we got handed our drinks I asked for some mild sauce and got the window shut in my face. We got our food and I asked again for mild sauce and he basically threw a handful of it to me while dropping packets outside the window at the same time.

Read moreSo I came in tonight with my wife and, son at about 9 pm, ordered food at the kiosk. Then proceeded to wait 45 mins (9:05pm to 9:50pm) for my food. I get they were busy because it was move in day for the colleges in town. The employees seems only focused on the drive thru and not the inside guests. Finally after the 45 mins wait we got our food. They did not get me drinks ahead while we waited just sat and waited.. No employee was giving any update or drinks to any if the guests. There was one man while we were eating had, let me know hehad waited about an hour. When we left he was still waiting. One girl was waiting 45 mins for 2 tacos. There were 3 door dashers that were standing for at least 20 to 30 mins. When I mentioned I had been waiting 45 mins. The lady was like well. Again, I get the drivecthru was busy. There was no apologies, I had to ask about my drinks. There was no sense of urgency by the employees. No one giving any direction. I have worked fast food. Let the cooks know what you need.
