Buyer Beware! If you order from here, you risk being treated like trash. I ordered a delivery order on Wedensday, and I waited an hour and a half from my order time to get the RUDEST call ever from their delivery driver. At this point, he informed me he WOULD NOT deliver out to my area and that no one should have in the past. I must either come into the restaurant to pick up my order (after it had been sitting in their vehicle for an hour), and that I couldn't place orders anymore if I didn't. Shocked by this absolute melarky. I told them I couldn't come out to which he says: "Great!" and hangs up on me.

At this point, I called their store and explained my situation. I asked for a manager, but the woman I spoke with assured me that I would have a 20 dollar credit on file for my troubles and that I would have it available just by calling in.

I called in today, and placed my order. They confirmed the 20 dollar credit, and gave me my updated total. I drove to the location, got into the store, and was immediately berated by the same "Delivery Driver" that I had spoken with. I calmy explained the situation to which the driver continued to raise his voice and argue as if I made the whole story up. At which point, one of the other men with him said: "If you pay 10, your order is good." I would have been okay with that, but then the delivery driver said: "We don't want your business here." I was shocked, truly. Badly. I have never been told something so ridiculous. Please, explain to me, how one of your delivery drivers can be the sole instigator of a situation and can lower your standards as a company significantly. Sad.

I will be posting this review everywhere, please go to Zhong Hua, at least you know you will be treated with some respect instead of an idiot ruining your day due to his own hard headed retaliations. Take some responsibility man.

You gotta be kidding me I was just hung up on when I called this restaurant to complain about the food, that I had ordered the night before, that I paid $53, plus delivery! I called to explain to them that I wanted my money back because the food that I received was not edible, and the woman said she wouldn't refund my money, because their system does not allow it, What?! I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken I got sweet-and-sour sauce on the side to stir in myself, into this container. I ordered pork fried rice, I received Brown rice just maybe white rice with soy sauce poured into it and stirred in to look like Brown rice. I ordered beef lo mean, noodles were gummy and sauce tasted like dishwater. I also ordered pork egg foo Yung, so salty it wasn't edible. I'm contacting my cc card company next.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD FOOD! Never had bad oriental food before this. First time for everything. Could have purchased a couple of T-bones and shrimp for less. I won't go back and forth not recommend...

This was our 1st time to order here it will be the last. We ordered chicken chow Mein , kung pow chicken. pork fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The Chow mein was disgusting it tasted like dirty dish water the chicken had No flavor. The Kung pow chicken was not spicy and hardly had any chicken in it also not very flavorful. The Chicken that went with the sweet and sour sauce was dry. Very disappointed we were in hopes it would be good because we love Asian food but never again will we eat here I do not even think I will be using the credit they offered as I am afraid if I get any thing else I will again be disappointed. And the only way I could post this is to put one star up there. I did not want to put any as it Costed me 30 some dollars for disappointment

The pork fried rice was ok I like onions but my husband does not and he love fried rice but not this one to many onions....
