I have never, NEVER, dealt with such subpar customer service and flat out LIES from a company.

Monday I placed an order for pickup from the Duluth location. Upon picking up that order, I was told 3 shirts that were supposed to be in stock were unable to be found. I was refunded and told to call customer service.

I called customer service and they placed a replacement order with free overnight shipping. They placed the order WITH THE DULUTH LOCATION THAT DID NOT HAVE THE SHIRTS. I was NOT informed of this.

Today, no shirts. I called again and I’m told “sorry we dropped the ball, but your shirts are currently on a truck. Then I’m told y’all could drive these shirts to me. We found some shirts in another order and can do this. Okay I say. Great.

An hour later I get a call. Sorry ma’am. These shirts are not at this location and we will have to ship them from Fresno.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! They changed their hours to two hours earlier and have no empathy for people with 9:00-5:00s. I broke my neck to drive all the way out there( In a area with some of the WORST Atlanta traffic) and get there are 5:02. A gentleman walks out and tells me I’m too Kate even though my package was already paid for! Customer service is everything to me. I go above and beyond for mine. Today was no different. I agreed to rush a project, my client really needed. My business is scaling, but I still work my day job, so trying to juggle it all, I didn’t make it in time. I made it at 5:03pm (they close at 5pm).
