Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Duluth

We order take out a few times a month. Tonight we ordered Papa John’s online which we typically don’t have an issue with. Our pizza left the restaurant at 5:14 and didn’t arrive at our home (less than 10 min away) until after 6. The delivery guy said they were busy and he took 3 orders out and we were the last ones. It is cold and gross but at least correct. I called the manager to ask where our pizza was when it had been 40 min since we were notified it was on the way and we still didn’t have it. He argued with me about the difference of 2 minutes (he said he hadn’t left until 5:16, my text from the store is timed at 5:14- not sure why that makes any difference). He told me I needed to wait until it arrived to request a remake of the order. I have a 7 year old who was hungry and no way could we wait another hour to eat. So disappointed in the service by the manager for not just automatically sending a new one asap when I spoke with him. Seriously the worst service I've ever received anywhere.

Ordered pizza for delivery on the app. On 7/25. After waiting 60 minutes for the pizza I checked the app and it said It was delivered despite not receiving it.

Called the store to double check and was told several times that I'm lying. I tried to ask who the pizza was given to and was hung up on.

When I drove to the store I was straight up yelled at and treated rudely. The driver lied and said he had already given it to me despite me never having seen this person.

They put my pizza on the counter but not the bread I ordered. When I asked about the bread the cashier said his manager said I had to pay for it.... Despite for real not ever getting any deliveries. All the while being told I'm lying.

When I requested a refund instead he refused to give me one.

I work in a restaurant and honestly never seen such freaking disappointing service and behavior. I've already filed a complaint with papa john's corporate and will be...

I love this pizza. I gave it 2 stars because I always have an issue with toppings and cleanliness. Ordered multiple times and always get my order messed up. Get the works pizza 🍕 and missing a few toppings! Last visit I came in and she didn't advise me they were out of mushrooms 🍄. I was standing in there the whole time and wasn't told till my order was handed to me. Well again I paid for something and didn't get what I paid for. No compensation it's either short on meat or veggies every time. Then what makes my stomach cringe is they don't use gloves to prepare the food!!!!
