Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Duluth

I'm not one to complain but I do mostly walk in pick up orders and the last 4x they haven't even looked at what I ordered. They were great before the last several times. I changed the milk chocolate to white chocolate like I do every time. I finally was like "okay this is the 4th time I've ordered and it's been wrong, could you make this with White Chocolate like I ordered please" and she just scoffed and said "ahhhh yeah" I thanked her 3x and she never said another word to me. It came off as very rude to me. When people pay as much as they do for coffee it would be nice if it was made correctly or at the very least please don't act put out if I ask you the 4th wrong time to...

Staff very friendly that wanted on me and my friend who has never been to caribou before but there was this one girl that everything she had to do I swear she rolled her eyes more then 50 times at everything!! Well if she did not want to be at work that day and everybody was such an inconvenience she should have stayed home in my bed just my thoght I will say this if I ever come and she was to ring up my order 1 eye roll at me and I will ask for a different server!!! But I love Caribou Coffee it's the only place I drink coffee!! I have tried other places but my taste buds are picky but I love my bou!! Will never go anywhere faithfully yours...

The drinks were good, however my issue lies with the atmosphere. My friend and I were excited to write on the chalkboard because we thought it was a cute idea. We wrote that our heros include our family but also Jesus because our faith is important to us. The next day we noticed that our faith related answers were erased but nothing else. This isn’t the first time I have seen faith related things being erased. We are simply answering the questions on the board, not being rude or telling anyone they are going to burn in hell. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Do they erase all the answers...
